….. but Seizer is better for Wests Tigers

In theory that makes a lot of sense and i am sure we all hope that it becomes reality,we need a positive for next year

Apparently all fultons good players won't play under Sheens.

Is it Sheens? Or is it the uncertainty of experience from having Benji as the coach part-way through their contract?
Because your telling me they can’t suck it up for a year and learn a thing or two off one of the most senior coaches in the game?

Sezer will do for 2 years until Alex Conti is ready. as for this Fulton drama, if this bloke can’t fall into line and chase the targets the coach wants then he can head for the exits.

it is childish the fact that he told Buzz his preferred target was Cogger. who cares? glad Benji got what he wanted.

I actually think if Croft is signed, he will be a transitional option at 7 after Sezer before Conti if Conti continues to develop

Does anyone have the feeling that Benji is caught in the middle of Sheens and Fulton and would actually be happy to take over next year and work with Fulton with Sheens gone?

I still remember the public comment he made about sheens losing the dressing room on the footy show. He was sacked not long after.

A 7 who is not playing well over in ESL
not an inspiring Signing...

Hastings wasn’t playing great his final year in ESL played a combination of Fullback, Hooker and halves in his final season.
The ESL game is different as well, there is more speed in the play and less defensive structure.
As a game manager, getting a team around in the NRL may suit his game more than a more unstructured game.
We have had Brooks steering us around the park who has a running game that never seems to be able to take off; who would probably be the perfect candidate for a halfback in the ESL.
A more composed and better kicking half might be what we need.
Far better kicker than Hastings as well.

Hastings was made lock because of his lack speed on the fringes and lack of kicking game. Did people not notice that Brooks did the majority of general play kicking even when Hastings was paired alongside him?

His connections as a talent scout and recruiter runs as far as the Fainu family and a few other Blacktown boys....

He didn't even identify Haumole - who was only noticed when he drove stabby Manase Fainu to training!!

O'Donnell has identified AND signed far more raw young talent than the lobster thief still living off his dad's name!!

Just another crap decision and false narrative by the usual suspects!!

Some one get to pasco and tell him to tell the marketing department to organise a boardgame. Cleudo Wests Tigers edition.

Brooks voted on Sheens as a coach not long ago,needless to say he will not be here next year.We are going backwards under Sheens at a fast rate

Too many CHIEFS and not enough Indians, if we had appointed Flanagan as sole coach and recruiter we may not be in the shit we are in

Be good to finally have a 7 that knows what he's doing.

Doesn't need to be Cleary... but a calm head to run the show and lead the team.

This guy is going to bring some professionalism to the team that we've lacked for years. Api won't be on his own now.

Was a big fan of Sezer before he left to the uk, apparently his form has dipped but the same was with batemen and he’s been fine.

I think sezer is an avg half at this point in his career but he’s always been able to create and get the ball where it needs to be. Great passing game and his underrated asset is his left boot.

Sezer will be a good replacement for brooks in the short term and will be a stop gap for our left half.

Fainu should be the 6 on the right but it looks like that deal is very messy atm, I have faith in benji pulling it through tho.

Wakeham should be retained with sanders coming in also to partner him in cup and be ready to overtake sezer within the next two years.

Out of all the backline players on the market Tass would be my pick for left centre with stains being retained on right wing. We’ve missed stains badly and he’ll be like a new signing for us. Our poor year may stop him from staying on however.

Sezer 7 Taafe 6 And I would also chase Croft , Pass on the Brothers From manly. , :a ly letting them go speaks volumes
