This infighting between Fulton & Sheens regime is a disgrace. If Lee & Pascoe have any semblance of leadership & management skill, they need to put an end to this NOW.

This is schoolyard stuff & every minute that passes makes it seem like the powers-that-be are trying to sabotage the club we love.

Wow Scott Fulton would be great as a politician. Here is the latest article from Buzz:

https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/s...s/news-story/b95f9353d2dcefe9a3aea295b5a82159

There is some serious player unrest emerging at the Wests Tigers.

The likely prospect of another wooden spoon has left morale at an all-time low.

I spoke to two player managers over the weekend about the situation.

Api Koroisau’s agent Giancarlo Lombardo spoke about the frustrations of the Origin hooker.

“I’ve had four calls this week asking me if Api is unhappy,” he said, “I’ve heard all the rumours.

“You saw him in the dressing room after the game – that’s as frustrated as I’ve ever seen him.

“He’s come from losing seven games in three years (at Penrith) then lost eight out of eight at the start of the year.”

Daniel O’Loughlin looks after Isaiah Papali’I, Stefano Utoikamanu and Starford To’a among others.

“I don’t want to dig the boot in but there’s not a lot of fun there at the moment,” he said.

He declined to comment when I asked him about the coaching combination of Benji Marshall and Tim Sheens.

O’Loughlin is close to new Wests Tigers recruitment boss Scott Fulton.

He has confidence that Fulton can build a competitive roster, if Sheens and Benji step back and allow him to do his job.

Fulton knows, it's the players and their agents that run things not the clubs.

Now Buzz is saying Sezer is managed by Benji's manager in Matt Desira of Aria Management.

Where Peter Peters in his rant above says it's Sam Ayoub.

SHOOSH

It’s interesting that Benji Marshall has preferred Aidan Sezer as his future halfback over others who are available. Sezer and Benji are managed by the same agent, Matt Desira.

And it continues via Chammas at SMH:

The Wests Tigers are on the brink of civil war after Benji Marshall’s manager was forced to deny a suggestion that his client owned a share in the management company trying to lure Aidan Sezer to the club next year.
The allegation was made on radio on Sunday morning by Peter Peters, the godfather of new Tigers recruitment manager Scott Fulton, who has been at loggerheads with assistant coach Marshall since his controversial appointment two months ago.

The latest point of conflict revolves around Marshall’s desire to pursue Sezer, which is at odds with Fulton’s intention to sign Penrith back-up playmaker Jack Cogger.

Marshall’s manager, Matt Desira, of ARIA Management, has been in dialogue with the Tigers for weeks about bringing Sezer back to the NRL next year. The former Raiders half is currently playing for Leeds in the Super League.

While Desira manages out-of-favour fullback Daine Laurie, his only connection to head office at the club is Marshall, who was one of the company’s first clients when the agency started in 2019.

Desira denied he had business connections with any other Tigers official. He vehemently denied what he interpreted were allegations made against him and Marshall by Peters on Sky Sports Radio.

“Benji Marshall doesn’t and never has had a stake in ARIA management group,” Desira told this masthead. “Any suggestion that is the case is not only wrong, but defamatory. I have spoken to Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe and chairman Lee Hagipantelis and have assured them that Benji doesn’t have a stake in the business.”

Desira was responding to comments made by Peters, claiming that he had been told that a Tigers official had a 15 per cent share in the management company trying to sign Sezer at the club.

“Before I go any further I want to declare that Scott Fulton is my godson before people jump on that bandwagon and say I’m just supporting him. I’m not, I’m telling it as I see it,” Peters said.

“Aidan Sezer has been a client of the long-time highly respected manager Sam Ayoub for a long, long time. Currently, the deal with the Tigers, if it goes through, is being organised by another agency [ARIA management]. I’ve been told today - it’s a bit of a bombshell - that a current high-profile Tigers official is alleged to have 15 per cent share in the company trying to lure Sezer unbeknown to Sam Ayoub, who still thinks he is managing him.

“Now, Sam Ayoub has a lot of clout in a lot of clubs and also at the Tigers. Young [Jahream] Bula, the star fullback at the moment, is a Sam Ayoub client. I wouldn’t be getting him offside if I was Wests Tigers.”

This masthead approached Peters for clarification. “I never stated who the official was,” Peters said. “It’s up to the NRL to investigate it.”

This masthead has spoken to a senior Wests Tigers officials, who confirmed that Desira had been in contact with the club on Sunday morning.

The comments made by Peters haven’t gone down well with the Marshall camp, who already have concerns about his working relationship with Fulton.

Desira held a meeting with the club a few weeks ago to raise concerns about Fulton, who was appointed without consultation with either head coach Tim Sheens or assistant Marshall, who is scheduled to take over the head coaching role in 2024.

So it is business? Not football. Have the fans been sold out?

It seems the only way members & fans can have any say at the Wests Tigers is to impact the Wests Ashfield club. Maybe then they would sit up and take notice!

An ongoing social media campaign for Wests Tigers members & fans not to frequent Wests Ashfield Leagues Club.

I would hope it never has to get that far but if the same s*** continues to happen much longer, this may have to be considered as part of a revolt!

Not defending the administration BAGNF05: Just trying to get answers from the petition leaders before any action takes place.
I reckon before anything like this happens, the leaders would at least have a pretty good idea of the people they would prefer to see installed in place of the current mob.
And I reckon we should be entitled to know who they have in mind before we sign the petition.
Before anybody signs to anything, we should know what the details are, otherwise we are just signing a blank piece of paper.
Letting ourselves get excited by someone saying ' let's get rid of this mob' could lead to more trouble if it's not agreeable to everyone.
Where on the petition does it say to get rid of anyone?

I've been accused of hogging the airways in contravention of the rules of WTF by another poster, and I respect his feelings in regard to that.
Both you and helmesy have ignored some of my posts, so I don't feel any need to and wont answer any of your questions to avoid the possibility of hogging the airways again.

Didn't ignore any of your posts, an answer you don't like is still an answer.
