I am sure he was otherwise it was the fastest contract negotiation ever - what i said was all in jest. :)

He should have been given the 5/8 spot next to brooks as soon as Adam went out , Sheens won’t ever get it right , at 5/8 over time he could have been part of our go forward , no one gave him a chance so he’s going , can’t blame him

He’s a better footballer then 80% of our pathetic mess team and your happy to see him go

and

Who is he going to replace out of Cleary, Luai and Edwards?
The only team he'll get a chance to tear up is the Magpies.

We're getting rid of all the right players. It's an impressive rubbish list if you look at who's been let go over the past 2 seasons.
They're making space to promote our juniors and bring in some quality. Nobody could be upset about that.

Don’t know if I can blame him. Have no idea why Sheens didn’t at least try him at 5/8 much earlier. Even your average punter could see that was worth a shot. Now they’ve finally realised he’s not so bad in the halves, but as it turns out they were too late.

He played wing for PM13 despite being a fullback / 5/8.

He spends his days off doing back flips on a scooter at a concrete skate park.

He openly liked posted footage of teams scoring against us.

He celebrated publicly in a Panthers jersey when they won the comp despite being a top 30 contracted Tigers player.

He never put his body on the line- he legitimately jumped out of the way to avoid contact when Kikau was running towards our line.

He sulked in reserve grade and put in some abhorrent performances.

He's the definition of a fraud - you just probably haven't witnessed it because he isn't as relevant or publicised as some one like Mitch Moses.

F me. I think the bloke above said it well.
Tyrone Peachy this year is looking better than Brent Naden is for us.
I guess on that note the only guys that are shining for us are those that haven’t Debuted for another club before coming here so let’s continue in that trend though I hope that oman doesn’t continue with Samuela.

I tell ya what I’d be sulking too getting shafted from the worst team in the comp for players like
Tommy Talau and Brendan wakeham when you got player of the year from your teammates months earlier
Anyway good work we can bring in some real players in his place LOL

Good luck to him in the future.
He's just not a first grader and it's good that he's come to accept that.
He's positioned himself to be, as a couple on here have said, the next Peachey. That's his level.

Sheens clearly doesn't rate him.

Went from saying AD is the best fullback at the club, to Bula is amazing and we'd be losing by 40 without him. Overlooked.

Tommy Talau is on the way out too and with the talks of signing Sullivan - I don't think Wakeham will be around either.

Ridding ourselves of these ordinary players it seems.

Laurie, to me... doesn't appear to take his career seriously at all and I guess that's reflected when no other club offers him a contract and he allegedly begs Penrith to take him back.

Yeah I get it he has dropped in his attitude I fully agree but I can understand why
And I will tell you I think he is still a better player then what we mostly have playing week in week our
But sheens not rating him means NOTHING to me these days
His performance is worse then any coach we have had for a decade bar noddy
I also know Daines family and I hope he goes well in his career I desperately wanted to see him play 5/8 for months
But instead we got to watch will smith and wakeham
That’s worked really well for us
