The kid is bigger than Laurie 🤣 he’s scored the most try’s in that magpies side and coming 5th in most try’s in KOE this year. Like I said, he’s stats speak for them selfs.

Yeah iv watch a few cup games, and he’s been good. Needs to work a bit on his defence, but one of the only ones standing out in a losing team says something.

I don't think Sheens rates him.

I think if he plays first grade - we are in trouble.

Our other options like AJ and Talau are woeful, but he'd be worse.

This is a position we badly need to strengthen & this has been an issue FOR YEARS.

started the year playing in the SG Ball...He's
a good prospect but still a bit green to be fair.
Qwerty is right on, Reilly's stats have been good,
he's a better option than Kepoa at the moment,
but I think we've gone with AJ because of NZ's
big outside backs. To be honest I'm happy with
Feledy or Reilly over Talau & AJ at the moment,
it should be merit based, can't deny his cup stats

Feledy's older than Bradman Best was when he debuted. He reminds me of Best.
There's no point playing Reilly, he's never gonna be an NRL standard player.
Give the guy with a future a taste.

Have to disagree with you on this one, I’ve watched as much KOE as I can and id back Reilly over Talau and AJ. He has more speed and lighter on his feet, defense between all three will be poor but attack wise I reckon Reilly has the other 2 covered.

you’d move Pole back to the bench to be an impact player, where he is best suited. Kit starts at 13 with a bench of Simpkin, Pole, Twal and Blore as your forward utility. in the immediate term you’d likely play Kit off the bench but that’s what I’d have.

He hasn't even been given a crack in grade yet.
I think we've managed our roster wrong in general,
not playing Matamua earlier, keeping Brooks
at 7, not letting Daine play 6 all year etc etc...
I'm already thinking about next year bro lol

as Talau, that's the easy part. Just need some
adequate replacements. Onwards to 2024!

Idk where the Reiley love comes from.
He's not up to it.

No love here for him Demps( have never seen him play) but surely couldn’t be any worse than Talau or ASU or Wakeham.
No point in signing him if we don’t give him a run. And 14 try’s makes it look like he knows where the stripe is.

@BlackWhiteGold called it. Justin Matamua didn't do enough for Tim.

I have a high regard for Matamua but he looked unfit and his tackling was poor. He had lots of ineffective tackles or was third man in. For a big man he should have been hitting like Pole.

If we never see Triston Reilly in 1st grade we will never know, maybe he might be one of those players that are never going to be one of the stars of the team but is one of those team players every team needs.

Asu Kepaoa has the best attributes of an NRL centre. He is fast, has great hands, can put his winger away, never makes a bad decision in defence, and is always in the right place at the right time. What a player. We need to extend him again before other clubs try to sign him come November. Thankfully we got rid of Joffa so we have spare coin for him.
