For the 7% that player managers get off the top, you would expect them to get you the best deal and the best deals are usually at the Wests Tigers.
Just go Brooks, just go, why open your mouth now when you are as quiet as a mouse on the field.View attachment 6268
This guy doesn't know how to organise a play or win a game either, so who's really surprised.
You hear about how much video that Nathan Cleary does in preparation for games and in pre season and when he is rehabing from injury. So did Cooper Cronk (still does even though he is not playing). Brooks clearly not that type of halfback and perhaps relies on the coaching staff to do that homework for him and give instruction. Maybe he just doesn't see the game like the best halves who are thinking 3 plays ahead and can break down an opposition. Adds to the belief he is best used as a running 5/8 who can pop up, play what he sees, follow a ball carrier in support. Unfortunately we wanted him to be something he just aint, and this statement in the interview shows why. He will probably go alright at Manly with Cherry Evans pulling the strings. I hope he does. It must suck being the whipping boy each week for 200+ games, whether it's deserved or not.Brooks' whole career was summed up in that interview when he said he "Hasn't seen much of the Dolphins because they played at the same time as us".
Just take a minute to digest that.
A professional on $1 mil a year hasn't done homework on the opposition.
It's beyond belief.
Are they Harold Mathew’s highlights?

Thinking about it... I reckon if we got Shane Flanagan in instead of Gardiner we may have had a very different 2022.Wests Tigers Defence Assistant Coach is like the Defence Against the Dark Arts Teacher at Hogwarts in Harry Potter. new one every year with the last succumbing to an unpleasant fate.
Justin Pascoe to resign by end of 2023. Remember where you heard it first...
I won’t just heard on the podcast about an hour before your post!Justin Pascoe to resign by end of 2023. Remember where you heard it first...
FitzyWho comes in?
like just a game, or do we need to win the whole comp Earl?If we win next season drinks on me. You can bookmark this post.
i dont know who was responsible for pathways but i feel like a lot of work was likely done long before Sheens. The club won Mat's before he was at the club.I think you know the only positive in the club is the return of investment in talent identification and focus on elite pathways instigated by Sheens after Pascoe allowed Taylor and Cleary to dismantle it...
The way Pascoe flips and flops with the wind - this legacy is not set in stone and could all be gone again in 2 years time...
Seriously - Pascoe is unemployable at CEO level anywhere else!!
The ultimate 18th man fills the hole yet again.Fitzy
They are great to have on the forum but you've forgotten a forum identity. Wasn't it Mistymuzzle that hit us up with the Fainu signing and now has posted news about Pascoe?
Won’t mean much with the same board in place.Justin Pascoe to resign by end of 2023. Remember where you heard it first...
