The club is at fault too 100%. They were the ones giving him the contracts. However, if he was mature enough he would have provided more respectful answers and saved face.

Personally, Tito hopes he goes terrible at Manly.

Agreed. He’s chirped up now he’s leaving and got a contract elsewhere. If he was a true leader, he would have been saying this 5 years ago when he was told this is your team.

As I’ve said previously, the guy isn’t a leaders a-hole. A true leader wouldn’t say these other players at Manly will take pressure off me. If you can’t be accountable, you shouldn’t be playing.

Brooks has found the perfect partner in DCE who will do all the thinking,do all the pre game analysis, call all the plays..and will execute the redzone kicking game on his behalf too.
And own the actions and results of the team
Sorta makes u wonder what theyre paying all that $$ to Brooks for..but all will be revealed when DCE retires in a year or two when he retires,and someone says were paying Brooks enuff to take over from DCE
In the interim,I reckon Brooks will have a couple of rhis best years as a running 6...
.Stiil a beneficiary of his first game...the big 4 debacle..and now Eagles...one of the most fortunate players ever

Instead of having a crack at Brooks, those statements should send a shiver up the spine of any supporter that wants this club to turn things around.
I'm just trying to think of the last player that left Wests Tigers and gushed about the professionalism of the place and the great systems we have. In the last decade this club has descended into nothing more than a meme. Brooks has been a part of that, no doubt whatsoever, but he is not the one running the place and the moment he walks out the door the same jokers who have been in charge, still will be. Let that sink in.

The only hope and its a hail mary, is Benji can do what numerous coaches before him have been unable to do, swim while having a couple of concrete blocks attached to his feet. (I'm talking about ones not named Brooks)

Listen to most brooks interviews just confirms he doesn’t know much about anything. So nothing new

It'll be the 2nd year of the shooting star Seibold.
He burns bright for half a season and in the 2nd season it all goes to shit. Brooks will be a good fit.
