I think he will be a coach who understands the boys club and wont get involved with it because I think he wants to prove his worth as an assisstant coach not just be rewarded for being in the boys club but what he can bring to the club to be successful....

Your right it is a boys club.
But during 04 to 12 it was too.....but a tight knit loyal one with high calibre successful people. And it worked.
But it couldn't work that way forever so Potter and JT tried to dismantle it....and we went downhill.
Cleary gets brought it and the first thing he tries to do is re install parts of it.....with Benji and Robbie.....so it looks like we need it but it must be tempered.
Maybe nice guy good coach Johny Morris is the man to to do just that.

Furner would not put up with any crap about favouritism in regards to training for some of the team.

What a crap headline. He isn’t the first at won’t be the last assistant coach to have a clause to break their contract if they secure a head coaching job.
I heard that we have Ryan Carr lined up to replace Furner
You would expect most if not all have a clause to leave for a Head Coaching job. Just common sense
I think Morris has replaced Furner as both are defensive coaches. Carr is an attack coach.
If it’s true that Carr is coming over he presumably thinks Sullivan goes OK otherwise you wouldn’t put yourself in a position to coach a player in such an important position that you didn’t believe in.
