I'd be happy to take him back, but at nowhere near the price we were originally going to give him before he signed with the Bulldogs.SMH saying JAC on the nose at Bulldogs.

Do you think he might have meant highest paid player in the position?, there are only a few people who could become the highest paid player in the game, and they would be halves or fb... or tamalolo / David fafita. None are free.
Highest paid for position would make more sense
Never ceases to amaze me how much control these germs have over grown men. It’s almost as if the managers tell the players where they are going sometimes.
We’d probably get him for 1.2 million per season for the next 5 seasons, is he worth it ?Rumours are Bradman Best.
I don't want to say. I think it may set you off. We’d probably get him for 1.2 million per season for the next 5 seasons, is he worth it ?
So are you claiming to know who it is, or you don’t know yourself? For what it’s worth the guy at the source of my rumour ruled out Best, Kiraz, Manu
Indirectly he ruled out Olakuatu and other info seems to have Ezra quite unlikely
No what sets me off is if the club goes out and over spends to sign a marquee player some fans which I believe you are part of generally get on the attack stating the club has no idea and constantly waste cal space over paying players, but on the other hand if the club refuses to pay overs and misses out on signing a marquee player these same fans will attack the club for not being able to sign any marquee players.I don't want to say. I think it may set you off.
I don’t know or I would shareSo are you claiming to know who it is, or you don’t know yourself?
Yeah that's what I thought. Youre after an argument. I'm not interested. No what sets me off is if the club goes out and over spends to sign a marquee player some fans which I believe you are part of generally get on the attack stating the club has no idea and constantly waste cal space over paying players, but on the other hand if the club refuses to pay overs and misses out on signing a marquee player these same fans will attack the club for not being able to sign any marquee players.
So it becomes a no win situation in order for the club to please these fans I am talking about.
So that’s why I ask, would you be happy for the club to pay overs of approximately 1.2 million per season to sign someone like Bradman Best or would you prefer them to put the cheque book away and run with what we have or lesser players who will sign with us for a much cheaper price tag ?
If you want my opinion, it’s a flip of the coin as we no doubt need to sign a marquee player to lift everyone’s spirits, whether or not someone like Bradman Best is that right player it’s very hard to say as he’s young and who knows if he would reach his potential with us or not ?
Not at that price ?We’d probably get him for 1.2 million per season for the next 5 seasons, is he worth it ?
Hope you’re right TS !Best is the sort of signing we need to spice up our league worst outside backs
Hope you’re right TS !
Yes, me too. I’m standing on the outside lookin in as the Chisels used to sing !!Well… unfortunately i got no inside info… just hoping for the best …lol
We will not be getting him for $800k trust me on that.Who is saying Best at $1.2m?
I was reading in the paper a figure of $800k..
Halfway through the season, people wanted to pay Lolmax that
