Don't worry. He will never play in the centres again.Says a lot for our outside backs that a dude coming off his third knee reco slots straight into the centres.

He is out greatest ever player. And he was also a perennial underachiever. Both statements can be true. This is probably the most negative thing ive ever read on here and that’s a big statement.
Benji was an absolutely incredible player. Won 2005 when he was very young and should’ve won another comp or two (2011/2012).
Won the Golden Boot and for years was simply unplayable.
Had a million injuries and of course slowed up as he got older.
If a peak Benji clone came on the market there would be 17 clubs falling over themselves to get him.
You either have a short memory or are delusional. I know you’re negative but this is something else
So he said 🙂Don't worry. He will never play in the centres again.
He get that information off here ?According to Brent Read we’re looking to swap Blore for Olam.
IMO Olam is cooked and Blore still has plenty of upside.
I expect our management to get played as we usually do.
Two sides to the coin though...Would be peak WT’s to re-sign a plodder like Seyfarth & let go of a promising young forward in Blore more or less for a washed Ola
Bro the guy is washed… Bellamy hooked him for the backend of the season & the finals series & he’s been dropped for PNG as wellTwo sides to the coin though...
Blore is promising but he's also injured a lot.
Doesn't help the team by sitting at home, watching the game in his Penrith shorts.
We need centres.
I don't mind Blore - but this is business.
Olam is good, probably past his best.
But it's an area we need strengthening and I'm sure he has something left to offer us.
See what happens...Bro the guy is washed… Bellamy hooked him for the backend of the season & the finals series & he’s been dropped for PNG as well
Then you are asking for them to clear up another roster spot. More to it than just saying “here, take him too”.See what happens...
Not sure the info is concrete.
I'd like the Tigers to make a smart move here and say yeah you can have Blore but you have to take Nofo too.
Like we did to the sharks in the past.
And in return, we aim higher than Olam.
They've got some good players in their squad.
What are you featured on, biggest loser. Its amazing this perennial under achiever is frequently featured on highlights of greatest grand final moments.
If our club goes ahead with a trade like this we deserve the wooden spoon again next yearWould be peak WT’s to re-sign a plodder like Seyfarth & let go of a promising young forward in Blore more or less for a washed Olam too
We're showing our hand...If our club goes ahead with a trade like this we deserve the wooden spoon again next year
Maybe I'm over rating Blore but I think he will quicky overtake Utoikamanu and has the potential to become not just the best forward in our team but one of the better forwards in the game.
The Wests Tigers’ re-signing of Alex Twal and Alex Seyfarth has prompted discussions of another player swap deal, involving out-of-favour Melbourne centre Justin Olam.
Wests Tigers and Melbourne Storm are in talks about a potential player swap which would see premiership winner Justin Olam joining the Tigers next season.
The Tigers and Melbourne have held discussions about Olam signing with the Tigers and the Storm securing forward Shawn Blore in a rare player swap. The Storm have chased Blore already this year and were close to securing him a few months ago when he was given permission to leave the Tigers.
A late minute change of heart prompted the Tigers to hold onto Blore but a few things have changed significantly in their forward stocks since then. Originally they played to have at least one of Alex Twal or Alex Seyfarth leave the club now with Twal secured on a long-term deal and Seyfarth also re-signing for two years, the Tigers now believe they could let Blore go — for the right player.
The Storm’s renewed interest in Blore has prompted the discussions surrounding Olam.
Blore only has 12 months left on his contract while Olam has a deal until the end of 2026.
Olam had an unhappy season at the Storm where the 29-year-old was axed to Queensland Cup for the first time since 2019.
Blore would give the Storm pack starch after their big men were criticised at times this year.
Olam had been linked to the Super League after being sounded out by new Warrington coach Sam Burgess, but that is unlikely.
The Tigers and Storm have shown their hand previous with a historic player swap in 2020 when Harry Grant and Paul Momirovski traded clubs.
Melbourne also tried something similar ahead of 2022 when it considered giving up Brandon Smith for one year before he joined the Roosters in exchange for Stefano Utoikamanu. That was swiftly rejected by the Tigers.
If Olam does leave, the Storm will consider shifting Nick Meaney to centre provided Ryan Papenhuyzen can return to full fitness. They also have youngster Sualauvi Fa’alogo ready to play regular first grade. The Storm are yet to add a player for next season despite Tariq Sims (Catalans), Jayden Nikorima (Catalans), George Jennings (released), Jordan Grant (released) and Tom Eisenhuth (released) leaving. The Tigers have been fair more active with Latu Fainu (Sea Eagles), Samuela Fainu (Sea Eagles), Jayden Sullivan (Dragons) and Aidan Sezer (Leeds Rhinos) among the new recruits.
