The media or the incident?Of course they would. Still doesn't make it right.
No, but they want clicks.Of course they would. Still doesn't make it right.
Well. Great we sorted that one out.Says it all really
Flanagan Snr lets Sullivan leave while another half has a court verdict pending and is subsequently found guilty. Kyle Flanagan come on downJunior Amone found guilty & is facing jail time... I expect the Dragons to throw some serious dollars at Luai now. DT also reporting the swap with Olam & Blore is imminent, disappointing if true.
The media reporting. The alleged incident doesn't sound too good either. The media or the incident?
Unsurprising, the police report is pretty outrageous.Ch9 reporting Junior Amone and his father have been found guilty of a hammer attack.
The judge has given them 7 weeks grace but he told them he is considering a gaol sentence for both. Decision day Dec 6.
I'm disappointed that there's been no pushback on this type of messaging in clubland. The reporting on this matter is insane. The Daily Mail went as far as to describe him as Wests Tigers star. Even calling him a Wests Tigers anything is a stretch. Far as I know he's never played for a Wests Tigers team or held a WT contract. Unsigned Magpies Junior Rep is a more accurate description.
Exactly. Where is Lee when you need him. Ain't he a lawyer? Brydons. Innocent until proven guilty.I'm disappointed that there's been no pushback on this type of messaging in clubland.
A brand being implicated in this type of news can have a very tangible effects for a sporting organisation, not least of all the reputation and potential loss of income via sponsorship/patronage, etc. When the headlines or stories are embellished or exaggerative in nature, such as the language you mentioned, it should be held to account far more often than it is.
Countless examples too.
Perhaps the roofer dropped his hammer and Junior was just returning it. Or the roofer was actually a stunt man who was injured on set. The movie tentatively titled Dungeons for Dragons. Why do I picture Junior scaling the roof with a hammer like a madman.
Thats a good point. With the junior academy supposedly being built in Campbelltown it would make sense to base the best juniors from both catchments in the SW and play as Wests Tigers with their home ground at CampbelltownSo the nuts and bolts of it is the Balmain side of things is getting neglected? If thats the truth i don't see why they don't just make Ball, Fleg ect WT have the best of the best in one team. Theres no point in having 2 talent pools and the forgetting one exists, thats worse than not having one at all imo.
Another factor to all this is, supposedly Fulton has an eye on all the top talents in the West maybe he has some even younger ones identified.
Either way things still seem to be woefully disjointed and for a "Development club" thats criminal, hope this review can also highlight such inadequacies.
Mikey Nasser doesn't have a manager, but like I said earlier his dad owns one of the largest supporters of NRL and grassroots rugby league in his company Pain Away and he also sits on the Balmain JRL board. He would be all over contracts and the like. I am starting to sound like a PR machine in the end the kid has left because of bad management. I also saw the Matts and Ball squads and noticed that there are Fulton kids in both of them.As incompetent as we have been for a long time , I’m very sure that we are snapping up the best kids we can . The Fainu brothers , Galvin , large brothers , miller , Luallii brothers , Mason etc. So I really , really have to think these something else afoot , if he is as talented as you say .
Who is his manager may I ask ?
