Anyone remember how he went? From memory, not that good as we were leaking tries still.
Trying to remember who actually worked out for us as a defensive coach. Paul Sironen I thought seemed to do ok, though he was more physical conditioning.

A friend of mine was a teammate of Cheka at Randwick for nearly a decade and told me he was the most passionate and competitive person he had ever known and a great person.

Might have his work cut out doing much with our mob in the short term but could be just the man to get things moving up

You're forgetting how far under the cap we've been the past few years. And also that everyone in the top 30 should be able to contribute if called upon.

We could replace number 30 in our squad with someone on 800k. And then number 29 becomes 30...

I could be wrong but isn’t it every team made to use 95% of their cap at least every year???

My brother played with him at Randwick in first grade. He was a very tough competitor and hasn’t changed.

O’Neill left due to indiscretions. Cheika would go great. Certainly doesn’t put up with any crap.

Jez the WT no 8 in the in that junior game today. One play never seen a 8 run so fast they score. Two plays later pulled a gymnastics move when defending and got sent off.

Seems people of calibre are willing to put their hat in the ring and work with benji.

Haven't heard anything negative for benji from a man management point of view.

Chieka just wrote himself a Rugby contract to pretty much anywhere in the globe with what he did with Argentina...huge..starting with the Wallabies!!
Eddie Jones is as good as gone......the Wallabies gig is worth 7 figures plus.

Lost 34-18 to Warrington U/18’s.

Was only U/17’s and U/18’s players that played, Large is U/16’s.

Our best juniors of that age group didn’t play as they’re getting ready to start pre-season with the NRL squad.
