Has anyone tried “My Wife’s Bitter”?

I have and I enjoyed it. From memory it was in a beer advent calendar. Get to try a few different ones getting one of them each year.

I live in Warners Bay so am lucky enough to call Warners at the Bay my local. Been trying a different Aussie craft beer each visit. Normally buy a four-pack - not sure why they're not 6, means I have to make more trips. If I buy a carton, which is only a couple of times a year, it's normally something like German made Becks (not the Aussie remake) or a Pils, from some country great at Olympic wrestling. Currently working my way through a carton of Pilsner Urquell. Tasty and goes down a treat.

Just got back from the UK, France and Belgium. Loved Verdant and Korev in the UK, Jupiler and Kronenberg in France and Belgium. Plus a variety of local beers in all villages and towns we stayed in. Come to think of it I loved them all!

Not good for those gains hey Wayne Pearce was one of the first players to abstain from alcohol because it improved recovery and performance.

My daily beer is Coopers Red. I also brew my own and whenever I can get motivated - make sure I've got the right grain bill, clean the kegs, get the mash tun ready, clean the fermenter, grow the yeast and make sure there's enough gas for the boiler - my all time favourite is a Robust Porter.

That’s debatable. I’m afraid I grew up drinking in Tooheys pubs so it’s a schooner of old for me.
