Right now we need spots for first grade nrl players, not potential in a couple of years, he shouldn’t be in the 30 yet.I think Mansfield has something to offer..
With the right development of course.
Looks like a potential beast.
If we're not going to even use him... then yeah, he shouldn't be in the top 30.Right now we need spots for first grade nrl players, not potential in a couple of years, he shouldn’t be in the 30 yet.
Bit like every season with the tigers....gets worse every season.Great movie. Porky’s Revenge, though, was awful
Shame someone chucked an extra year on his contract to fight off all the other teams going after him 🤣🤣Damn those things could called contracts
Agent...looking for my cut.Relative of yours? Can’t think of any other reason you would want him here so much. Pretty average imo, but still probably better than our present lot.
So he's a centre? We need them. How many on here have actually ever watched Webster Mansfield play?
People just throw names around that they haven't heard before and say they're crap without even bothering to do any kind of due diligence...
In my view he shouldn't be on an NRL contract this year, development contract is where he's currently at ability wise. Highly talented local youngster with a good frame but had a few issues with injury and covid didn't help his development. Reminds me of Brad Takarangi. IMO He's more likely to make it in the NRL than say Tumeth, and I'd much rather keep him over Kepaoa, Nof, Simpkin...
Started out as a centre but moved into the back row. He's got those long arms and when he runs hard can be tough to stop. A line breaking back rower isn't something we have a lot of.So he's a centre? We need them.
I can give you a as long as my arm of players that have been talked up who never even made their debut. Talking about juniors is text book grain of salt stuff, yet so many expectations get on put them. And no one ever learns from it. They just move on to the next SG Ball or Flegg star. How many on here have actually ever watched Webster Mansfield play?

That happens too. Stuart Broad used to a be really solid lower order batsman. Then he took a nasty hit to the helmet that shook him so much he was never the same batsman again.Sorry guys Olam is cooked. I can identify the exact moment Olams magic stopped. It was a game against Manly . He was taking the ball up in his usual flat out manner & he got BUSTED BIG TIME by Olkau'atu. I have never seen Olam busted like that before. You could seriously see his courage disappear & it never returned & i believe it never will. Bellemy saw the same .Check that game out & every game he played after that. You will
see what I mean.
Think his been playing with injury past recent seasons. But agree it's a risky swap where WT usually get the short end of the stickSorry guys Olam is cooked. Coach selections and interchange during games didn't help him last year either. Needs a good year playing close to 80 most weeks. Hoping Aaron Payne is the coach to give him that opportunity. How many on here have actually ever watched Webster Mansfield play?

Two sides to the coin though. Before thinking Olam is a coup from a top 4 side, you have to wonder why Bellamy is prepared to let him go mid contract. When you are behind Reimis Smith in the pecking order, that’s not a good sign. It feels like BJ Leilua all over again.
None of them are centresTwo sides to the coin though.
The emergence of Warbrick & Falogo, you simply cannot keep them all.
Reimis is a handy player too.
Their backline isn't their issue.
