Yeah it's too much considering the involvement of a centre for the entirety of a season. As you point out, some games he will stand out, but some he will be another body on the field watching grass grow.Glad we did not buy him for 800K a season. (re Bradman Best).
I wouldn't say he is a dud or Noffaesque. But I could see 200k effort being put in for a lot of games.
Depends on his ego - reserve grader here or marquee recruit in England.Who would want him? Can’t even see an English team being interested …. Maybe if the Tigers paid half ….
He still has to agree to that though… and probably wants to stay at the Tigers with his buddies…
2. Staines
3.Toa
4.Topou
5. Someone not at club right now
18 .. Naden ( depth).
Wests Magpies - Nofo

Personally I think he will be in and out of firsts here always doing just enough to make the team with injuries.
I think the team will start with
bula
Nofa
Olam
Staines
Naden
Unless Tupou is injured he'll be thereDepends on his ego - reserve grader here or marquee recruit in England.

Too early 4 fantasy teams, benji will figure it out
No arguments from me about him being in reserve grade…
Olam gives me the same vibes personally… three yeara left on his contract… might only have a year left in first grade
Tricky one coz I don’t think anyone really wants him or will pay him what we do, that means a subsidy. So do we just keep him around as an expensive back up or bite the bullet and let him go with some assistance thrown in ?do you see Noffa as traded or just reserve grade?
He's a 19 year old kid.Feledy is not a first grader lol What with all this hype ?
Very good player. Thanks mate. Hopefully he has a cleaner run with injury and can show us that he’s something like the player who once had a strong year at Penrith.
Idk why everyone is assuming Nadan won’t be in the strongest 17.
Earl please don’t us that swear word “ Kepaoa” on here. I really hope he lifts his game next year coz he made some shocking mistakes at centre.Would you pick him and if so where ?
I view him as a really good back-up for first grade but he has to get the dumb mistakes out of his game if he wants to be a regular first grader.
I'd have To.a, Tupou, Nofo, Staines definitely ahead of him and probably even Doueihi and Kepaoa ahead of him.

Whilst I tend to agree with your analysis I don't think there is one 'most important' defensive position. At this level if any of you centre, half or backrower is not up to it they will be found out.Whilst I agree in part, in my opinion it's the centre that makes the key call.
It is them who must decide if the short ball will find the crash man and they'll need to help the half, or rather to push of and drift with the FB to make sure the winger isn't left stranded.
It's them being the main decision-maker that makes it the most difficult position.
In my opinion of course.
That being said, if the second-rower is slow laterally, they can really expose the half and make his job infinitely harder. Ice was a perfect example of this last year. He was TERRIBLE at over-committing, bringing that key decision one man in to the half as you said.
There's very few potential juniors that I'd be willing to write off the same year they played SG Ball.I shat on him too but our captain api bigged
him up its good enough 4 me lmao

19 year olds aren’t usually great defenders. Remember the old U20’s NYC? Most of the games were basketball scores.I shat on him too but our captain api bigged

If he stays injury free he will prove to be anywhere from a good to excellent signing. We have no depth at fullback
And two wingers on the books
Staines provides value in both these areas
Good business
