I actually wouldn't be surprised if that is where the situation with Luai currently stands. The Wests Tigers have made an offer that Luai has indicated he is happy to accept and the NRL has been told, we could be in the 10 day period where Panther are allowed to negotiate to retain him. Pure speculation on my part though.

I know plenty of blokes who can’t stand him as a commentator but I am the same as you I can relate. Maybe its just my fondness of him from his playing days but I don’t mind Blocker. The kid is the one turning it up for the cameras..... as the footage shows.

Anyway, SBW isn't the most popular guy in Oz... the country voted him most hated, ahead of the Bali bombers in some magazine back in the day after he walked out on the Bulldogs...

Much like Mundine... the public's idea of the person, is far from the truth and they're both very humble and generous people.

Why would some kid be the reason we’ve pulled out of the race for Luai? That doesn’t make sense. We will only pull out of the race if he signs elsewhere or stays at Penrith. Until then the club will be all in on trying to get him.
