India’s reserve grade is better than ours. One thing the 4th T20 in India shows is that our "fringe players " are not up to it at the moment eg Phillipe , Hardie ,McDermott ,and Short .Tim David is a bit hit and miss but keeps his spot . Head is class and Wade is a proven performer as is Behrendorf .
If we want to win the T20 world cup in 2024 we will need most of our champion ODI squad to back up and put a team on the park similar to the one who won the T20 world cup in Dubai a couple of years ago
Whatever it takes to keep the game alive. I am a test fanatic, then ODI, and T20, I love em all.International T20 really doesn’t matter.
It’s not proper cricket, it’s not taken seriously by players, it is used solely to bring money into the coffers of nations so that they can run Test and One Day series each year.
Lance Morris hey. I’ll be interested to see if he actually gets a crack. Doesn’t have the greatest figures but they reckon he’s pretty quick. He’s obviously one of the next in line.
You are correct .Like it or not T20 is staying . This game called " who can hit the most boundaries in 120 balls " was invented to appeal to non cricket lovers which makes the marketplace much biggerWhatever it takes to keep the game alive. I am a test fanatic, then ODI, and T20, I love em all.
The shorter game is easier to get kids and newbies in, most can’t handle 5 days and a draw, but you can teach someone the basics with T20, then progress to ODI then Tests.
Anyway T20 is becoming more and more popular so it’s here to stay.
Looking at Stats Nesser is a genuine all-rounderLance Morris hey. I’ll be interested to see if he actually gets a crack. Doesn’t have the greatest figures but they reckon he’s pretty quick. He’s obviously one of the next in line.
Surprised he got picked over Nesser and Richardson or are they injured, I can’t remember?

Not my cup of tea but if its Aust vs Other country I still follow but can't get too excited about BBL as what do the teams represent ? Teams are made up with players from any state and country .Love test cricket and ODI cricket where defence and attack are both important
