Panthers confirmed the klemmer rumour is BS.

Let him go early, use the salary cap space to forward pay some player contracts in 2024 and use the 2025 space that creates to go after AFB. Hard to see how we will miss Blore. He barely played for us. Invest in players here for longer term.

We did that with Ofahengaue......and were still here waiting. F... forward paying, sign someone.

That would be a sideways (maybe backwards) move for me. We are seriously short on first grade 2nd rowers. This move would leave us with no impact in the centres or 2nd row. Blore is gone for 2025 and there are kids who have never played on an edge being thrown around.

Weakening a position we are already weak in to strengthen a position we are already strong in makes no sense. Ice must stay until we have someone adequate to replace, from within or out.

This is absolutely the reason . Anyone that cannot see this doesn’t have a clue about the game of Rugby League.. we played 10 seasons with a half that confused the players around him and had no clue how to bring a player onto the ball or pick a correct option in attack.. it was like watching under 9 second grade team

up on here ages ago. Local Burwood boy,
went to St Pats Strathfield, played for the
Burwood Concord Wolves. It sucks the
chooks got him. Although it doesn't
surprise me one bit haha. They share the
same facilities at Moore Park with the Tahs
too. Politis would have been all over it...
shame. Would have loved him on the wing
at our club, heard there's a clause to go back
to rugby for the 2027 world cup, the deal
at the roosters is for 2025-2026 seasons

I work within the sporting industry and I’m not claiming to be Jesus. It’s not that hard to build some connections and hear some talk going around. Everyone knows everyone.

I send whatever I hear to try light this forum up and create some positive energy - mainly because of posters like you who try do the opposite. If you don’t enjoy some posts there’s a block option happy for you to look into that if you please. I understand some people get bored and they find enjoyment in putting others down - but get a hobby or something don’t bring that stuff into our beloved Wests Tigers Forum.

Not sure what you’re referring to when you say bad scoops and being all over the place - I don’t want to be that poster that comes on every 4 months and drop some info then ignores everyone until my next post like some others before me. I have the best track record in this thread bar none! Having said that, I mentioned Bula in a pre season post last year and the two biggest imbeciles on this forum jumped in to claim "big noting about attending training" or something to that effect. I thought at that moment, why bother? I hear loads of info, you know it needs to progress through a process and things change by the minute but why bother if you're just going to get bagged for it when it doesn't eventuate? 99% of members in this forum are fair dinkum fans with differing opinions but a common interest. 1% are keyboard heroes who's footy resume, I'll guarantee, was playing as an obese 13 year old in the local park against 10 year olds, going home boasting to mum he was the top try scorer. They're the donuts ruining it for everyone else.

I only mention Fainu, Sullivan and Galvin as I do believe one of them will be an elite 7 in this game and it won’t be too too long until they show glimpses of that soon.

I’m thinking all 3 could come up aces .. I’d also say Sullivan is a 7 , born and bred, whereas latu and Galvin could easily play 5/8 and centre in order to make a team ..

The forwards, for the most part, did their jobs. Fingers crossed new halves can capitalise.
