Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Looks like we are going to have to pull out all stops to maintain Onitoni Large given the regard he is held in rugby. Plus another of our pathways talents is being pulled to rugby too.

NSW, Waratahs, Reds, Force, Rebels, Brumbies U16s rugby teens to watch in Australia v Pacific All Stars

Onitoni Large:
There’s a lot of excitement about Large, a teen form Sydney’s south west. “He’s special,’’ said Rapp. “Keeping a guy like him in rugby is important.’’

Large is also a rugby league player but it is in rugby that he will experience playing for Australia for the first time.

Rapp said he is a “genuinely good person, values every opportunity, always tries his hardest and knows how to compete’’.

He also has speed and is happy to share the ball but when he is needed to, can put his stamp on a game. is first Australian.

“He’s a game changer.’’

Phoenix Godinet: A Western Sydney junior who has committed to rugby over the last couple of years. Very exciting young footballer who will make his presence felt on the field at both ends.

The All Stars coaches say his ball carrying ability is what makes him stand out from the pack.

“He is always going forward with brut power and force and has the ability to move around and change direction.’’

They believe the match will be a great opportunity for Godinet to challenge himself with the best.

There’s a theory that the reason why there is so much anger on social media is because most people use their phones, and when you are typing on your phone, usually you are hunched and it compresses your diaphragm. Hence discomfort. Thus making people angrier.
Plausible explanation, but I do all my stuff on a desk top computer so you are saying that I'm just a shitty person.

Makasini made that Oz u/16's squad too.
Imperative that we keep these 2 together

Kemp says he's a second rower, lock and prop.
Chris Fasgutu says he's played every position over the years, except backrow.

One to watch for the future.
Probably not far off a debut and looks promising.

We've got an exciting bunch of players coming through.
When he played for Qld U19s this year, he came from behind to intercept a pass from one NSW player to another and saved a try. He demonstrated a good turn of pace and certainly looked like a second row forward.

Definitely a position we need more options in.
Don't think he'd let us down.

Looks like he has late footwork like Pole, particularly the left foot. If he can work on the right and get that to be as effective as the left it will really help.

Man, what are we doing.
We chased OLAM, ready to do a swap with Blore. Blore who has spent most of his 3 years injured.

Now we let Olam go, Blore signs with the Storm anyway and we get next to nothing out of it.

Oh yea were "chasing" Luai and AFB after hiring 3 halves....

Klemmer must feel that were like a Manic Depressive girlfriend. "hey honey I want you so Much, come here now... NO... COME HERE NOW OR WE ARE THROUGH...Okay I am here... Nah don't want you anymore?"

Can we please have squad plans that last longer then 3 months? Our backs SUCK but hey lets chase halves and Forwards till our cap is spent.
