- noffa was told upon returning he would start the year in nsw cup, a few teams have enquired, but wanting the tigers to cover 85% of his deal which the club won’t do, this was leaked to the media to agitate the club to come to the table, he has SL deals on the table but wants to stay in the nrl. the club will absolutely let him go , just needs to be fair with $$$$

There’s a theory that the reason why there is so much anger on social media is because most people use their phones, and when you are typing on your phone, usually you are hunched and it compresses your diaphragm. Hence discomfort. Thus making people angrier.

If I turned up to work unfit for duties and my employer then tried to get me up to speed, and I then whinged to the union because I was being asked to do my job at a competent level, I'd be sacked.

That's what Nof has done in a nutshell. He's a cancer

To be fair, you'd probably be put through some kind of counselling, a mediator would sit everyone down, and your feelings and triggers would get examined.

Your employer would likely end up feeling like the bad guy.

No way in hell we'd release him paying almost 400k of this salary. We'll chip in but clubs will need to pay about half
