Good news if dogs miss out on luai. They have oloapu coming up that they paid 500k for. Why not give him a chance? Dogs the next basket case of the nrl…
Kids going to be out all of 24.

He's a cryptic pain in the Khyber but he has been consistent that Luai's a done deal for about a month, I'll give him that.
Got no choice but have a little plausible deniability in these situations.

But yes, had my run ins wirh him as well but to his credit seems to be running just the one account, is sincere , knowledgeable and not afraid to express his point of view.

Panthers wont release him for 2024. They have not released Burton, critter, kikau, api why would they let Luai go?
They will if they can can work a deal that works for them. That’s where we have to look at the big picture and not focus on 2024. Hate to see us give some real young talent up to gel Luai a year early.

Anyway time will tell

The next?? Have been 4 some time now. All the money in the world but can’t organise a piss up in a brewery!!
Only cause of Gould the media take it easy on them.

Not sure he is a better player than Moses, but he brings things to us that Moses doesn’t. He is a hard nut, he is ultra competive and a proven winner over a long time. We need these quality probably more than the stuff Moses brings to the table.
Yea, Nah, Unsure.

I think Moses is a part of a bad Parramatta $$$ culture. Every renewal it seems that Ryan M, Moses, Gutho all run out and try to squeeze the club for every last dollar. Not saying they don't earn it, but I am saying it's a cultural aspect that's not as present at other clubs i.e. Penrith, Easts, Souths, Donkeys, etc.

For that reason alone, lets call it the Instant $$ Account Creditation, I am glad not to have Mitchell Moses here.

Moses though does more organising. We needed a 7, Benji could surely develop a good ball playing 6. 7 is the real hard nut to crack. Had we actually had a plan we could have gone for Adam Reynolds when his contract was due at Souths. Sure it would mean keeping Michael McGuire, but you look at it and you could have told Reynolds "stay in Sydney". Heck I think he signed with the Donkeys for 800k?

^naturally no one was thinking ahead. *sigh*

Luai will bring aggression, I think too he will bring quick plays and a speed we really need. Luai is more a finisher then an organiser. ... Out of the park suggestion why not try Luai at Center with Sezer and Sullivan going halves? *weird thought, but it would fit our team better. Although Luai is 100% 5/8.

Agree PPM... IT WAS QUITE well written but it had an odd look at it initially... A little different to most smh pieces..... That and the lady sentence 'looks like you've missed your man again Tigers fans' sounded suss
Further down the track with the deep fake stuff it's gunna be. A lot harder to know what's true or not
ink the suss part was it was claimed to be authored by Chammas, who just broke the story last week that Luai had agreed to terms with Tigers.

No way someone is going to undercut their own news exclusive with a complete revision of the claim, would just make him look more a fool than he already is.

he’s only 19 next year. special talent. if they’re patient with him he will lead their charge back up the ladder.

they don’t have a plethora of elite young talent like us, but Mitchell Woods, Damon Marshall and Oloapu are all genuine 200 game first graders. Gus needs to ensure there’s a path for them to first grade, otherwise they’ll remain anchored to the bottom of the ladder.

Dogs are trying to turn Oloapu into a 13
$500,000 transfer fee for a home Reno lock, nice work Gus. As I have said in previous post, the media would tear us a new one if we tried that on!!
But not to uncle fugly Gus, the new Teflon!!

He was talked up as the next big thing and delivered very little . It’s why luai is so important to us, all our “next big things” could amount to nothing.
