What really hijacks these threads is one person posts one post that others don't like and then there are 27 posts from 5-6 self appointed moral white knights and forum freedom fighters piling on the guy who made the one post and then patting each other on the back for piling. If the original poster dares to post a second follow up post explaining themselves then the cabal swings into action with another round and soon you have 2 posts from the person they dont like and 54posts from the white knights and the person posting 2 posts will be blamed for all 56 posts.

You complained that GNR was "hijacking" the thread by expressing his OPINION.

I merely gave my opinion on what really hijacks threads and sat back whilst my prophecy was breathed to life.

I've had you on block for quite a while (with about 4 others) because you do tend to carry on a bit to much (only looking at your posts every now and then).
But at the same time I don't like the way you have been attacked recently, and I stood up for you on one occassion not long before your recent temporary departure from the Forum.
I somehow missed out on the criticism of AHX, being the reason he's not on here atm.
I hope you weren't the main reason for his current and hopefully temporary departure?

I dont see any problem with posting opinions on here. But if you want to continually argue a point till others agree with you when clearly they dont - or have a different view - then it's up to you how many posts you want engage in to convince them.

Well, first of all, cheers. The attacks don’t bother me. FTR, I don’t consider what was said to me this morning as ”attacks”. At best they were incorrect characterisations. And TBH, if I was watching someone do a complete 180 in their posting style, id be suss too. But I happily explained my reasoning for why I have been posting the way I have

On AHX, I will admit, the dude does drive me up the wall, and I may have made a joke here or there, but I have nothing against him. He’s harmless. I will take a long walk when he’s in the building though, cos his posts are a punish to read. Apart from that, I love the dude.

Gnr...put people that annoy you 'for whatever reason' on IGNORE.
Don't tell anyone else, but I have 12 on IGNORE atm, as I've been 'sucked in' to a couple of conversations that I wasn't happy with.
There's absolutely no reason to get into an argument with anyone...unless you choose to.
No arguments make for a much happier Forum experience, for me at least.

I do put him on ignore, but you still are aware of his presence. You know how? About 10 topics in my most recent disappear because he spams every thread, It’s far beyond scrolling past a couple posts you find annoying.

My guess (and that’s what it is) is he’s signed and subject to cooling off… panthers have said they’ll waive it but Luai wants Xmas to finalize what he’s doing before panthers do that. Either that or it’s ready to sign with panthers waiving cooling off, but he’s having a good think before sign off .

Big decision for him .
