Luai's comments in the SMH were very interesting. It seems Canterbury were a lot closer to getting him than some of us thought. He talked about his brothers at the club and described Ciraldo as his second father. it'd be interesting to see what the clincher was for him coming to WT. Was it money

Why does he have to keep penriff happy - he needs to turn up each week and give 100% - thats what he is paid for. I would think that is all that penriff expect - nothing more nothing less.

To be fair to Brooks he was given the keys so many times he must have felt like a real-estate agent. But everytime he spoke about taking control and the responsibility he looked like he was about to have a nervous break down.

Brooks has talent, same as Luai. Main difference is Luai is one of the cockiest players there is, and Brooks is a church mouse
 
I can’t stop thinking about what a major investment we’ve made in JL, but we can’t take delivery of the product we’re buying for almost a year. So much can happen in that time frame.
I hope, and pray, that it all works out.

A successful snake who, I for one, wish had never left . I had a fully paid up ticket on the bus, wherever it was going !
But guess what guys and girls, this is all history now and has been rehashed a thousand times.
Maybe it’s best if we focus on the now, and hear future.
