David Nofoaluma #164

Pretty much every try on his wing he stars screaming at his centre and 2nd rower.

Or when he went on twitter to talk about how he is a c defender and his a and b defenders aren't doing it right.
Yiur 2nd par yes correct I recall that... While it's not the way to do things he want always wrong.

Your first par, no... Don't recall that... Pretty much every try?
It would be very evident if that were true but it's not

Im assuming the club has a a ton of documentation that backs them up before they have gone this route. They've done a fair bit to finally have a bit of goodwill with the fans. They're not just gonna throw this out the haphazardly.

Im also sure the documentation stretches back further than the most recent preseason. I'm sure they have documentation that stretches to atleast covid times that show this has become a long time issue.
Considering how poor this club is at administration, any documentation and evidence compilation that occurred prior to November 2023 is most likely shoddy at best. Certainly incomplete.

I'm not sticking up for him he's dug his own grave... But it shits me when I see on here these things start to get exaggerated, littleninnacuracies suddenly become true.. A lot is speculation and whoever then player is be it nofo brroks or countless other whipping boys over time... They cannot respond
I've been guilty of it myself with fitzhenry and molten... That's when THIS place becomes toxic

Would you?

He'll get a gig in a top 30 somewhere - For sure....
He'll jag a deal for a couple hundred...

Blokes like Zac Cini and Lumelume have one (In the same side)
Top 30 deals start at 150k for the last few spots...

300 From us, a couple hundred minimum elsewhere, Plus a year or 2 maybe
- And a chance to play first grade....

I'm pretty sure he'll take it - Who Wouldn't?
I know he's as dumb as a box of rocks
- but he'd be even dumber than he's perceived to be if he doesn't

His only other option is to waste away in reserve grade here (Or RM Cup),
And try to come back and get a couple more years post his 32nd birthday.

He basically retires (Right here and now), Or tries to earn while he can....
- We're holding more sway that you think we might be.

So let me get this straight... If he's found guilty of three breaches in the space of 12 months he can be sacked and no payout required?

That would be convenient for the club
There is no law that states an employee even needs one warning, but it's usually good policy to allow the employee a chance to correct the behaviour, hence many employers follow this 3 warning system loosely, depending on circumstances.

Ultimately, these would be considered fairly minor breaches, so the club would need to establish a pattern of behaviour. That is probably why he received so many sanctions before it came to this.

If he deems it unfair, he could challenge the decision with Fair Work and they would take all the details into consideration.

I'm not sure what his contract actually says in relation to this behaviour and that's probably where the answer lies to a lot of this speculation.

The difficulty in that is wouldn’t he be more likely to stay for two years to get his full contract?
Depends if the club has enough to terminate and he ends up with nothing.

We can all speculate what position the club or player is in, however in my view his position in the club is untenable and whether other NRL sides see him as a player they want or he goes to SL will be up to him and his manager.

If we do not have enough to terminate or he refuses to leave then he may sit on the bench for Wests Magpies and collect his money as the previous administration were stupid enough to offer so much for a player who has always had limitations in defence but could score a try.

Hopefully it gets resolved fast

Article describes him as a "veteran" winger, but he never understood how to mark his opposite number or catch a ball with any kind of consistency.

The king of side to side then lose on the initial play the ball.
I would argue regardless of what you think about him, he is our best winger under the high ball, and it's not even close in my opinion

Yes.
Everything being said on here currently is coming from an uninformed viewpoint.
