He looks like he's got a bit in attack.. imagine if he was a great defender as well.. 👍heard from a few sources that he's actually training in the centres, which I find interesting.

Interesting...do tell?known to dog the younger/developing players too.
training the house down of courseAlaimalo could be in the frame as well.. anyone know how he's been looking at training ?
Considering how poor this club is at administration, any documentation and evidence compilation that occurred prior to November 2023 is most likely shoddy at best. Certainly incomplete.Im assuming the club has a a ton of documentation that backs them up before they have gone this route. They've done a fair bit to finally have a bit of goodwill with the fans. They're not just gonna throw this out the haphazardly.
Im also sure the documentation stretches back further than the most recent preseason. I'm sure they have documentation that stretches to atleast covid times that show this has become a long time issue.
Would you?Kdouh reporting that its $600k total, $300k for each season left. if he doesn't take that he is even more deluded then we thought.
Yeh tell us moreknown to dog the younger/developing players too.
Said it a while back. He reminds me heaps of Simona.heard from a few sources that he's actually training in the centres, which I find interesting.

You wouldn’t after breaking contract clauses?Would you?

There is no law that states an employee even needs one warning, but it's usually good policy to allow the employee a chance to correct the behaviour, hence many employers follow this 3 warning system loosely, depending on circumstances. So let me get this straight... If he's found guilty of three breaches in the space of 12 months he can be sacked and no payout required?
That would be convenient for the club
Depends if the club has enough to terminate and he ends up with nothing. The difficulty in that is wouldn’t he be more likely to stay for two years to get his full contract?
That’s the sticking point. You wouldn’t after breaking contract clauses?
I would argue regardless of what you think about him, he is our best winger under the high ball, and it's not even close in my opinionArticle describes him as a "veteran" winger, but he never understood how to mark his opposite number or catch a ball with any kind of consistency.
The king of side to side then lose on the initial play the ball.

Ultimately, these would be considered fairly minor breaches, so the club would need to establish a pattern of behaviour. That is probably why he received so many sanctions before it came to this.
If he deems it unfair, he could challenge the decision with Fair Work and they would take all the details into consideration.
I'm not sure what his contract actually says in relation to this behaviour and that's probably where the answer lies to a lot of this speculation.
