Just key in “Don Burke scandal on Google” and you’ll get the full lowdown. I think his last TV appearance was a quite tense one on one interview with Tracy Grimshaw about 3 years back. Laid low since then.
 
Years ago on my Bucks party, Matty Johns and his wife walked past our big drunken group ,lots of die hard footy fans.A few of them called out to him to come have a drink ,he kind of waved politely and we thought nothing of it.
He actually came back and spent a good 20 minutes chatting to everyone.
This was when the Knights were collecting spoons,a few of the boys were having a dig at myself and Matty for supporting loser teams and he thought it was hilarious.
Only a small encounter but the fact that he made time for us was pretty cool .
 
Don Burke was a complete pervert. Faked his qualifications I read somewhere.

I met one of his co-workers, she hated him.

Garbage person like Tyrone May.

I hope a large branch of the species Wests Tigerious falls on his car and he suffocates on his plastic dashboard cactus. Gnome faced not allowed word.

I used to surf a lot at Joey's local spot. Would always give him a polite nod or a "how's it going", as you would with anyone else out there, and he would just ignore me. Always looked pissed off and acted like he owns the joint, really didn't leave a good impression.

I remember back in 04, round 2 against the Rabbitohs at the SFS. I was walking into the ground. My mate and I got separated, so I turned back to look for him and I see Todd Payton walking in (he was out injured). It was his first year at the club. I waited for him to walk up to where I was, and I said hi and we proceeded to have a chat as we were heading in to the ground. There‘d been a lot of mystery about his injury and when he’d be back. I asked him and he just said “I’m back next week mate“. And he was.
