Then he’d be deceptively strong based on that build. Of course, he hasn’t played against men yet, so take it with some salt. He’s fit and strong, that’s all you need to know.

Does he even lift, Bro?He’s fit and strong, that’s all you need to know.
That is retarded. My information says he has been so impressive at training that the coaching staff believe he could be ready for NRL immediately.
The upcoming trials will be a genuine selection trial for the round 2 NRL squad..
You're getting very defensiveHe’s fit and strong, that’s all you need to know.
This reminds me MT asked you several times how often you've been attending training... Or If you watch them train... You didn't replyMy information says he has been so impressive at training that the coaching staff believe he could be ready for NRL immediately.

I really doubt experienced blokes like benji Farah Morris heighno with I'd easily guess 1000+ nrl games experience would even think that let alone suggest it to anyone. My information says he has been so impressive at training that the coaching staff believe he could be ready for NRL immediately.

I agree totally, it also inflates his ego all this talk of him being our starting 5/8th. Dangerous move, if he does not make it. Then he may get disgruntled and push for release. Better to calm the train, bring him in as a centre, tell him his pathway if he can make it. I personally would have him playing at the end of SG ball comp then flegg throughout the year. With 4-6 games of cup dependent on how he handles flegg. Like Tallyn let him play through the grades with the others. I spoke to him the other day and his words on defence were not fantastic, I reckon Fainu has a better defensive attitude at this stage. Benji has a real chance of stuffing this up, to early champ his body’s not there yet, ease him in.As I have previously stated if Galvin is our starting 6 we are screwed. Comparing him to a young Fittler is like comparing Wakeham to Joey Johns. He has never played against men and will get buried and shit the bed, I don't know if he is even up for KOE at this stage of his career.
Benji was asked a question and everyone has run a mile with the answer. The important thing is he was asked specifically about Galvin, Benji didn’t single him out. What do you expect him to say? Shut the question down like an old curmudgeon like Sheens would do? No, of course he’s going to want to keep the kid thinking he’s every chance. There’s no reason to not keep him hungry and his confidence high. Its a better response then saying “Nah, we’re looking at him for later in the year”. He’s going to be low in the pecking order to start the year.I agree totally, it also inflates his ego all this talk of him being our starting 5/8th. Dangerous move, if he does not make it. I haven’t, but I know someone who has. You're getting very defensive

I'm with ink - you have a peculiar obsession with this young fella.I haven’t, but I know someone who has.
He’s fit and strong, that’s all you need to know.
So if any one of them is a standout in the trials, you don’t want them in the team simply because they are too young ?I think we should back of the really young prospects.
They don't need the added pressure.
Not at all, just trying to educate some of you that doubt he’s in the picture to be selected to play NRL anytime soon and assure you he’s well in the equation, but it will ultimately come down to performance once the games commence.I'm with ink - you have a peculiar obsession with this young fella.
You evidently are close to or know someone close to the Galvin family - so please stop trying to pretend you are just being an objective observer in regards to this kid.
I hope he goes on to big things with the Tigers - but he is just a very good schoolboy player at this stage!
Fainu has done much more at a higher level at a similar age.
Yes I do, he’s 18 full of achne and no upper body muscle development. His quote in the interview in defence ‘I just get hold of them and wait for someone to help’. #notready.Benji was asked a question and everyone has run a mile with the answer. It’s not a promise, it was a generic answer to a specific question. So if any one of them is a standout in the trials, you don’t want them in the team simply because they are too young ?
I can assure you any player that is a standout in the trials will highly likely be named somewhere in the NRL top 17 come round 2, regardless of age, experience or reputation.
I don’t think Benji is the type of person the promise the squad something he won’t deliver on,
Him giving A BS answer isn’t hurting anybody.Yes I do, he’s 18 full of achne and no upper body muscle development. His quote in the interview in defence ‘I just get hold of them and wait for someone to help’. #notready.
Heaps of great juniors around other clubs no one’s rushing them through. He didn’t even play 5/8 in Harold matthews. If u ask me Benji is showing his lack of experience hear. Temper the kid by saying we have big plans for you but we are not going to rush it. Simple.
