If there is anything to like about our squad it's that best players outside of api are young

very true, the only thing that i thought was good about us was Fanua and Samuella and of course our hooker, he tried all arvo

He gave the shit pass to Sullivan on the 5th in our first set!

12 minutes later we had barely touched the ball & were down 14-0

And his "leadership" during the penalty goal was sadly lacking.

Needs to shave his blonde locks and be a better captain!

I don't know if it's love or the process of elimination from 90% crap performances.

For me samual was great he hit the line hard and was aggressive in defence
Can’t give points to many more
Bula done a few good things but he needs to get involved by about 80% more
Galvin was solid for a kid but our players didn’t give him a chance to really shine, they are lazy in defence and worse in attack
Pole, papa and Bateman and api just seem to be going through the motions
So let’s face it the coaching is as bad as last year if not worse
So how can u give a 3,2,1

Honourable mentions to Pole and Bula.

Obviously a shit result but a few things to note.
- We looked noticeably better once Sezar came on
- Sullivan directly contributed to at least two of the Raiders tries and will at the very least be on the bench next week (hopefully)
- Galvin had a few mistakes but looks like he belongs out there with some classy plays.
- Olam back next week should hopefully tighten the defence a little

Round four Olam will be back, I think they said.

Like the idea of
Fonua Pole and Samuela Fainu coming off the bench and supplying some much needed power in our middle, hopefully we are still in the game when they come on.
For all our sakes let’s hope we are competitive and be in the game with a chance to win.

My fears came through klemmer and Steph not up to it in first 20 minutes.
Pole and Fainu came on and looked heaps better but if the starting front rowers can’t hold their own these 2 impact players are waisted.
I like them coming on after 20 min
Maybe Twai to start no thrills and tackles
I am still waiting to see a decent first 20 minutes from Steph, always looks better coming off the bench.

Didn't Fataape deliver the shocker of a pass that began our drought of possession, and Api was pretty well next to Sullivan?

Haven't looked at it again, but that is my recollection.

I think he is an 'easy athlete' so motion doesn't look overly energetic. But he took the line on, delivered the last pass to Fainu, tackles well, and is generally very safe around kicks.

Our forwards gave no room to take advantage of except for a brief 10 minute glimpse at what could be.
