How many teams did he play in that looked as strong (on paper) as the one that got its arse handed to it today?

Whatever you think of him, the fact he was basically the clubs best player for most of his tenure here should give you a bit of a heads up as to why it is like it is…

Got outplayed by the likes of AD and Hastings multiple times.

Another failure by the club.

Yep I remember Hastings was at least a part of 4 wins/17 losses. Vs 2wins vs 19 losses.

Look, players have good days and bad days. I am sure I can find video of whatever playing whatever.
The point is we were not winning. Even if Hastings wasn't our saviour (and he wasn't), at least you could scrounge a way out of 16th with him.

Man, I am kinda feeling I will sit 2024 out. I am not seeing a team , I can cheer.
