This whole thread is dedicated to recruitment. Yet whoever we recruit Dips in performance.
We need to be seeing players improve, through being a part of the Tigers system. Instead we see first graders become reserve graders. This ISN't a recruitment problem this is a training problem.

i just can't fathom how players get worse. We boast a great junior system through the magpies, with touted players who come and don't preform. then we sign starters, or big players from around the league (ahem ahem papali'i) and they also decide not to preform.

I really don't understand how that would help us tho, just gives us less depth in a position we already have no depth in. Who is gonna replace him, cause i aint having seyfarth take his jersey

if he wants 850k or 900k he is not worth it, 700k at best

Or could we be recruiting the wrong players ?
Players such as Naden were previously given multiple NRL opportunities before signing with us and his previous clubs did not want him.

Crazy Cat you got me... I swtich off pretty early.... into the game... today i switched off witnessing Twal and Staines grabbing at arms. I concede there. Just lets look at reality. It is grim.

That question was not raised last game....when he did well... this week different position... he didn't make that change

Naden can play but every 3 games or so he has an absolute shocker and singlehandedly loses the game for the team. Every time we have him in the team we have to hope he’s not going to have one of those days.

The sad part is there is no one we can replace him with.

Problem with this team is we don’t have consistent first graders. Sullivan finally has a decent game and this time other players cost the team. There is every chance next week it will be the other way around.

Bradman Best ran through Naden like he was fairy floss.

I do think that Bradman is quite "Simply the Best"! Better than all the rest.
I think he can already go and get measured for his 2024 NSW State of Origin Tracksuit.

We really failed when we had players like Finucane, Mciness and Hynes available.

Players with very high levels of professionalism and competitiveness.

These players drive culture.
A culture we really lack.

Those players when available would've been exactly what we needed as a club.
