im not sure why but i actually feel better about that game then some of our others this year the youngens really stood up bad result but im not as angry or annoyed as usual, wierd

Given how young the side is, the constant line up changes, I expected far worse.

It’s been a weird game.
Cowboys scored 42 but didn’t play that well.
Our blokes have been strongly beaten by a side who didn’t play that well, but weren’t as shit as they’ve been the past month.

I actually think we are playing with heart but our roster is by far the worst in the comp. We are smaller, weaker and slower all across the park. We always get dominated. We just can’t compete with the cattle we have

Benji has to give Sione another go next week along with picking 2 big wingers in Aliolamo and Lobb to help the forwards.

Right centre is hard. Maybe Staines. Feledy played well tonight but it's a risk moving him to the right. Don't think he has played there much at all.

Forward pass for a try passed a metre before the 20 metre line caught over the 20 metre it was a bullet pass so no floating forward bullshit.
That gets them out of trouble and 18 in front in the second half. Has a massive affect on the game!
We had two centres out fir this game thought there was plenty of courage by the team tonite after 20 minutes it could of been 80.

Alaimolo looked completely at sea under the high ball. We are a much better (but still very shit) team with paps and Bateman

Alaimalo is a natural under the high ball. He had one mistake tonight in the first half. The 2nd he slipped, but he is actually a weapon under the high ball. So is Lobb. They both should be our wingers.

That last try was a bugger. Lost by 14, was expecting to get completely smashed, so a positive I guess and this young side managed to score 28 points, our 2nd highest score for the year.

A few bright spots Ailamalo except first 10 mins ,Galvin ,Sullivan ,Api ,Twal ,Steph but we lost by 16 points to a team coming 14th in defence .Let's not get too excited
I'm happy we threw the ball around and played footy BUT we are not fit enough to match the Cows line speed and play 80 mins ?
Benji the least you can do is put together 17 super fit footballers .Api has to work himself to a standstill just to take up some of the slack
Ps Casey out of his depth ,Feledy maybe a bit of potential .
