Why would he get his contract terminated if he’s found not guilty?Hypothetically if Taylan May’s contract gets terminated by the Panthers and if he gets found not guilty with his charges he is defending, who believes he’d be a good signing for Wests Tigers ?
I understand players who are often in off field trouble is far from ideal, but if he is found not guilty and was endorsed by our other ex Panthers players, he is certainly the body type and physical type of outside back we need.
Surely they have; and I suspect they have done already, planned around the "what If Steph does leave" saga! That's their job! I'm of the belief he will be gone.Should we pull the offer if he tests the market? We want players who want to be here.
Well they are saying he needs to front the Panthers board, I’m assuming they are going to terminate his contract. Why would he get his contract terminated if he’s found not guilty?
not a conversation to be had just yet, if at all.Well they are saying he needs to front the Panthers board next week, I’m assuming they are going to terminate his contract.
Maybe they believe he’s guilty, who knows, but maybe it’s pressure from their sponsors ?
A lot of if’s to answered, but if he is a feee agent and gets found not guilty, surely Wests Tigers would not be in a position to be picky about not having any players who have been in off field trouble.
I’d be surprised if they tear his contract up before he’s found guilty. To answer the question, no. Guy is a parasite.Well they are saying he needs to front the Panthers board next week, I’m assuming they are going to terminate his contract.

Is he related to the other May that played for Penrith and did something wrong?I’d be surprised if they tear his contract up before he’s found guilty. To answer the question, no. Guy is a parasite.
Yes. And Terrell. Is he related to the other May that played for Penrith and did something wrong?

Been forgotten that only a month before he was charged he filmed himself in a car speeding through a school zone. Guy is a low life. No…
Apart from his many other faults … guy is stupid … im tired of stupid players at WT
That may or may not be right, however we currently have a team full of good standing human beings and cannot win a game.Been forgotten that only a month before he was charged he filmed himself in a car speeding through a school zone. Guy is a low life.
Not having a go at you, but Is that the same giant mastheads that report garbage about us? I tend to wait a see what happens first, but hypothetically if he was terminated and then found not guilty I’d at least contemplate the idea. But as @Odessa said is he related to the other May kid that had similar issues? I reckon we need quality humans as well as quality players and if they don’t fit the bill on both accounts then no.They were having a board meeting with him tonight and it’s reported that they were going to terminate his contract based on past infractions not related to this case. He has to defend himself to them. So we might hear tomorrow that his contract is terminated.
Are you saying if he played for us and he was charged and convicted, you would still want him at the club? That may or may not be right, however we currently have a team full of good standing human beings and cannot win a game.
I love blokes that have to tattoo their own name to their forehead just so they can remember how to spell it.If nothing else, he deserves a life sentence for that neck tattoo
No I’m saying off field issues such as speeding etc should not be a make or break reason as to whether or not a player is signed when you are a team stuck on the bottom of the ladder and desperately needing a more talented playing roster. Are you saying if he played for us and he was charged and convicted, you would still want him at the club?
I’m not saying he should be crucified for that alone, but it just adds to the list of things that he does that proves you don’t need a long neck to be a goose. No I’m saying off field issues such as speeding etc should not be a make or break reason as to whether or not a player is signed when you are a team stuck in the bottom of the ladder and desperately needing a more talented playing roster.
would he be sacked by his employer in any other day job for what he’s done? Are you saying if he played for us and he was charged and convicted, you would still want him at the club?
