I guess it applies that Stefano’s decision was club last. So Richo is implying we want to recruit people that consider what the club needs to be successful before their own success. Fair call!

I reckon Dogs will be a force for years to come … their defense is suffocating teams. They won’t lose that over night

Chrichton, Kikau, Burton, Mahoney are in the elite category for their positions mixed in with some young up and comers

Agree. They are also smart enough to know they need to recruit more talent.
 
For anyone who doesn’t think that the press have an agenda against the Tigers then consider this. Fonua Blake is leaving the Warriors and Fisher Harris is leaving the Panthers. Both of these players are light years ahead of Stefano in ability. Yet very little outcry from the morons in the press and no mention of how bad it will be for the clubs.
His loss is no big deal and a previous poster hit the nail on the head when he said Musgrove 2.0.

He didn't perform at his best much like most of the team. We are all kicking him on the way out and this thread is an example of that.

It's always the same story. We all blame the guy who's leaving. Hartigan , Fulton, Sheens, Lee, Pascoe etc.

He really wasn't having a dig...you could see that.

In any case, I think it's a mutually beneficial parting of ways. He gave us 4 years and has 3 spoons to show for it. You really can't blame him for leaving. For us, we threw out overs to keep him locked down, but it would have been a mistake considering his incocnsitent output. It's worked out well for everyone. He's done us a huge favour.

Players are paid to play - and PROP is a simple role that sets a platform!!

He is a failure and owns the results MORE than many of his more committed team mates over the past 4 years!
