Our next 2 big money signings will dictate the trajectory of the club. If it's To'o and a high profile forward, we can build from that.

If we start adding guys like Horsburgh, we are in trouble.

Talagi notifying Parra he's leaving and potentially taking up the Penrith deal on the same day To'o is meeting up with the club pushing for a release could work in our favour.

I understand people saying why would Penrith release him (which I understand) however this isn't your average situation. To'o is a club junior spanning over a decade within the system who has put his body on the line for the badge like no other player in that team, he re-signed with the club due to the vision they were all staying together on low $, he has won 3 premierships in a row going for 4. He has more than paid his dues for that football club and has earned the respect and right to be able ask the club for a release on the basis of getting money he has never seen before or could be offered if he was to stay and to be able to take that opportunity to help provide for his new upcoming family. We're talking upwards of an 800k upgrade overall within his current deal.

I hate when players who have done nothing or brought no success to a club start demanding a release like they've earned the right to do that. I feel like there should be an element of respect in sport where if a particular player has done so much for a football club and are able to make way more money if they left for the benefit of there family that it should be something seriously considered - especially if that same club can't offer the same $.

I think there's two ways this can go - either To'o stays at Penrith on an upgraded deal or they let him go to take it up somewhere else. If neither of those 2 outcomes happen for To'o it gives you a massive indication on how Penrith treat their legends because he certainley deserves way more than he's on.

Blaize is a 6. he’s going there to replace Luai.

To’o might be pushed out due to cap pressure, but Blaize isn’t going there to play in the centres, that’s for sure.

Very interesting - I guess that'll mean Penrith will keep there hands off Galvin now.

My point about To's still stands though.

Yep. But beware the roosters. I reckon they’ll make a play. Hopefully they’re young 6 debuts next year and kills it.

Would love to extend galvin for another 4 years now. lol.

If Sam Walkers goes back to QLD - I think they might return Issac Moses's calls about his nephew Mitchell.

Cause I'm telling you this as a fact.... Moses wants it badly.

Awesome… then hopefully Parra don’t knock us off lol.

I mean with galvin we’re banking on luai to keep him… if he loves ROMEY as much as everyone else does than we have a big chance but we still need to start winning ANd hope that someone doesn’t offer him like $1.2M for 5 yrs. (Next nov 1 for 2027)

Not sure we can compete with that already having luai at that number

Do you really think anyone would be offering a kid who would've only played 2 seasons that much money?
