CEO - Shane Richardson

It is not about "love for Richo" at all - but anyone with half a brain can see the massive difference between the demonstrated incompetence - CORRUPTION and utter failure of the former long-term CEO and Chair (who manouvered the club into deep Shit Creek that we are in now) and the professionalism, track record and football nous of Richardson!

It took Pascoe over 10 years to wreck the club into the laughing stock it is today - but some imbeciles think anything less than a 180 degree turnaround in LESS THAN 12 MONTHS is a failure!!!

Where were you when Pascoe and Lee were running the joint into the ground...??
I was right here , posting like I am now , nothing we say makes any bloody difference, it just helps us get by with this crap team we support, as for Richo needing more time that all good , but he is good at showing players the door but we’re the hell is the replacements , Tigers supporters see other teams picking up players that we think could improve our team , but instead we get nothing other than there great line , OUR kids will drag us out of this that is the biggest load of crap , yes some mixed with experience players , not stars but players who work hard , but again we just see other sides secure these type of players . Hope that answers ur post

I think the fans at the game tonight will be happy making their own comment on how much Stef's efforts have been appreciated...
But Stefs a nice guy. Good heart. I think you got to get past your personal insecurity inadequacy. Stef never done anything to make your life miserable. In fact. He never heard of you nor you exist on this planet.

This excerpt displays the level of ignorant bullshit Crawley is peddling:

"if you take Api Koroisau out of the equation, no other Tiger has put up more of the so called “fight” Richardson was speaking about than this 24-year-old prop in recent years."

People believe the stupidest things.

Id suggest listening to it rather than just reading about it as whatever you have read has mislead you. Its a good listen. He never said we only need 3 players. From what he said he believes we're about 8 players short of where we need to be.

But it takes some time to make changes on that scale when there are contracts involved. He has spoken to the managers and players that he says arent part of their future plans. But he can't sign players to replace them unless those players actually agree to leave.

Tbh he doesnt sound too confident that next year will be our year although he did say we'll be much more competitive and looking to get into the 8. But i got the feeling 2026 is when he sees the club really starting to become a genuine top 8 chance.
Which 8 are the keepers ....I'm almost afraid to ask

Stefano is probably the biggest liability this year behind bateman

It was interesting Richo said him and Benji had worked out by round 7 who was cutting it and who wasn’t.

And then they tell the struggling players they aren’t in our plans moving forward.

So we know that’s the bench mark for each season under Richo.

He gave some reasons for losses, a lot of it on disciple and tonight was no exception whether or not we agree with the send off. Poor discipline has been plaguing us all this season, Im not suggesting we would succeed without it, but it would sure help the cause.

I think Richo is still enamoured with Benji, where I think some of us are concerned he’s not getting through.

Reading between the lines, he didn’t get too teary about Stef. If we are serious about getting players who want to fight, stef is the line on the sand.

And hopefully his casting off will help the other players understand that we want the full buy-in. In a way, it rewards the guys who are committed and the kids moving up.

If I’m a fringe player, I’d be interested in WT as a genuine shot at firsts.

Yeah.

By 2026 a lot of our kids should be way ahead of where they are now.

At least this year is an investment kind of year. That’s the intent I took from him.

He can talk about planning, but you are going to get surprise releases and we need to be ready.

Cash in hand enables that.

to’o wanting out is disturbing the panthers rank and file. Very awkward.
