He hasn't missed games through concussion this year has he?Knight will only be a temporary deal I’d say. feel for the bloke given how hard he’s had it but plenty of concussions and injuries have really hurt him in recent years. I can’t see Richo signing him to the top 30.
Saw a game of his earlier in the year - he was absolutely putrid….Yea Liam Knight is going so good that he can't make the Dogs 17 even though they are that short for front rowers Josh Curran has been starting at prop.
Have you watched Knight play this year? He is scared to run hard.
I'm not fussed on Joe, to be honest. He's ok but not great. He is good for the team culture though, so there is that. Let's see who else is available over the next couple of months. He's right on the cusp of too good for KOE/not quite enough to knock Paulo out of his spot. Perfect type of addition.
If the Eels need to lose players- ask about Ofehangue now...
Hot girlfriend though…Saw a game of his earlier in the year - he was absolutely putrid….
He’s where he is for a reason I reckon…
leave him there!!
Man mountain, often humbled by nufties…

A JAC rumour went around last week when Gus was talking to SkeletonNope likely just putting 1+1 together and getting 3. Willie Mason indicated the Tigers have signed a dogs player. Realistically I can see it being Knight or JAC imo neither help a great deal. Skelton would be nice but cant see the dogs letting him go.
Did we not dodge a massive bullet by failing to sign Moses. Terrible clubman managed by one of rugby leagues greatest parasites. Will Penisini apparently has a player option for next year and is on the open market the following year in 2026.
If we have the war chest that Richo claims which I don’t doubt, we should really be going hard for Penisini to help with our lack of class in the backline.
Parra are on the verge of crumbling as soon as Moses leaves. Which as I’ve said from earlier in the year is inevitable that he’s gone - seems like the media are starting to jump on it now.
Oh God I hope its not JAC or Liam Knight.....both of them are past it...Skeleton - yes!A JAC rumour went around last week when Gus was talking to Skeleton
Moses and his is manager uncle apparently were the ones who undermined Brad Arthur and got him sacked. The club is now in free fall and Moses wants to bail out. It shows you what he is made off. Personally I love seeing Parra flop, but not at the hands of the Moses mafia. I just hope Mitch gets a big serving of karma one dayDid we not dodge a massive bullet by failing to sign Moses. Did he confirm if it's a top 30 deal? Hoping it's just a development deal for next season.Tim Johannssen confirmed new contract on the Behind the Roar podcast.
Also mentions a few announcements next week for others players. Pole fingers crossed!
Easy fix. The value on the cap equals what another club is prepared to offer them. Discount applies for a resigning or a club junior who has come through your lower grades. Under that system Stef would count for $800k on Melbourne cap, Wighton would be around $900k on Souths cap, etc. No muddying of the water with third party deals, betting on a golf game, keys to a BMW that just appears in your garage, etcI saw that, he often tries to stick up for us, as well as having a shot at the Roosters and their cap
One thing for sure and certain. He won’t be at Melbourne. They recruit on character…Moses and his is manager uncle apparently were the ones who undermined Brad Arthur and got him sacked. Have I stumbled into the Canterbury Bulldogs forum in some sort of fever dream??I love preston, but can't see a world where Dogs (and Gus) lets go of him. They value him highly and his next contract will be much bigger if they don't upgrade him soon (which they will). They even have Curran playing prop atm
OK , this needs a bit of truth , did u like others on here, say the same about MILLER when he got a chance in 1st grade , because he is no where near a 1st grade player , slow, massive over weight , NOW I was also taken by our new frontrower , but I want to see him player 6-10 games before saying he is a 1st grade player , I hope he makes itMight be a bit of an uproar that we're re-signing a NSW Cup player and making a big deal about it.
FWIW, I think he showed a lot in his first game and I can see him making it as regular first grader.
I'm going to assume it's not a huge contract, and that it is based not on his 1 NRL performance but on his 2024 performances in all grades..OK , this needs a bit of truth , did u like others on here, say the same about MILLER when he got a chance in 1st grade , because he is no where near a 1st grade player , slow, massive over weight , NOW I was also taken by our new frontrower , but I want to see him player 6-10 games before saying he is a 1st grade player , I hope he makes it

Thought he had played well , in every game I have watchedI'm not fussed on Joe, to be honest. He's ok but not great. He is good for the team culture though, so there is that. Let's see who else is available over the next couple of months.
No not worried about signing him , just don’t want to rush him into 1st grade , maybe another run this year , then a big pre - season , so he can bulk up and get fitnessI'm going to assume it's not a huge contract, and that it is based not on his 1 NRL performance but on his 2024 performances in all grades..
