Doueihi on current form cannot be in the 17… or maybe as a decent 14.

I like Doueihi, but this is what the club needs. It needs Adam Doueihi, Staford To'a etc to play at a level that keeps them in 1st grade instead of just being so much more talented than the gulf between them & the reserve team.

I'd like 1 more outside back just to add depth & pressure- and I think we would see the best 4 outside backs every week.

I think that's it for outside backs surely.

1. Bula w/ Turuva, Staines & Mason for depth

2 & 5. First choice probably Staines & Skelton now with L Laulilii for depth & Turuva if required to push out. Lobb on a development deal.

3 & 4. First choice Olam & Turuva. To'a, Douiehi, Faataape (I would guess at worse gets a development extension). Also Feledy & Suakuru will be in NSW Cup.

Halves - Luai, Galvin, L Fainu & Sezer

Hookers - Api & Da Silva

WE NEED MIDDLES & EDGES.

Next signings for me would be Jack Williams & Royce Hunt from Cronulla in the first instance. Otherwise a possible Parra player on the move Hopgood would be great or Lane. Surely the dogs will have surplus with Tuipanoa from the Chooks coming. As Melbourne with Stef coming. A Joe Chan maybe?

Pack of Klemmer & Pole & Twal off the bench with Sione Fainu. Needs more.

Lock & Backrower can make the pack!

Surely J’maine Hopgood is priority #1 for our forward pack! The bloke has got a 80 min motor on him and probably one of the best locks in the game both attack and defense! From the Penrith system joining up with his good mates Turuva, Luai and Api 🔥

Who would we be willing to lose to get Staggs though? Because he won't be coming here cheap. And with Luai, Galvin, Bula, Sam Fainu & Latu Fainu, Pole, Makasini, Large etc needing to be retained- our $2m warchest isn't eternal.

This is the clubs chance to absolutely lock in players like Galvin, Makasini etc by getting them inked on deals now that stop them looking elsewhere. Luai, Bula & the Fainu's are in, long term. But the narrative will turn sour quick if Galvin or Makasini move elsewhere. A greater spread of dollars across the depth of the squad with investment in the current & future stars.

They are crazy stats. Watching him earlier in the year he was an absolute pillow. Anyone actually watched his NSW cup games recently? Maybe there has been a change in him

I like Staggs, he’s a great player but not one I’d pay close to a million for! Better options like Iro, Lehi Hopoate and Tass

When he signed with Parramatta we were after him but the rumour at the time was that he didn't even entertain a move to WT. Can't see what would have changed since.
