If you showed just a highlights reel of Stefano it would destroy Hunts video. Think of how many barnstorming runs he has done over the years, the tries he has scored. His highlights far outweigh Hunts. And I'm no fan of Stefano, but his best is very good.

I'm a no to Hunt. He has far too little output minuted wise for the money it would take us to get him and his age suggests there is no more upside to what he is currently producing.

Anyone from ATO or NRL auditors simply needs to run back through all the Rooster renovations to figure out the game. Hargreaves has four or so, with a recent street record.

I acknowledge how much work it will be to sort through it all, but considering Uncle organises (pays /subsidies?) the tradies there will be records. I don’t know this next part, it’s just an educated guess, It would be super interesting to cross reference all the buyers, including how long they hold for.

100 percent can confirm uncle Nick uses holding companies and property to pay players through cheap rent and free houses. It's been happening since he got involved with the joint. It's smart and something every club should do. If the N.R.L refuse to investigate and get involved then all clubs should set up similar systems for their benefit.

If Hunt was the second best prop they acquired …then I would be happy with that … continue to play him off the bench…

It does my head in that the ATO don’t jump on it. ATO could make such a strong example using this.

The ATO did such a great job targeting those that took out low doc home Loans. They just asked the banks who loaned to all the Low doc customers for a list of people who couldn’t prove their income. Obviously people who take a lot of cash and don’t pay tax on it are great audit targets.

Roosters veterans would be amazing audit targets.

Asiata was an amazing utility. Not many players could play prop and halfback in the nrl and play both well. Very skillful lock as well. His anti vax stance was the only reason his nrl stint came to an end. He was Leigh Leopards best player last year. I haven’t watched any Leigh games this year to know how he is going. Not sure if he would be quality in Nrl anymore. The other 2 would only be depth signings surely if we did actually sign them.
 
So if the rumours are true, you’re telling me Richo went all the way to England to recruit some bog average Australian players back to the NRL and not any Englishmen! Like seriously, there’s so many great English forwards in the SL and we can’t recruit one of them! It’s mind boggling

If I was building a team from scratch, we need 1-2 Poms and at least 1 redhead in every strong team (P.S that doesn’t include Alex Seyfarth lol) 😜

The price wouldn’t be good though most likely.

Edit: also I’m against this on principle. He’s made it pretty obvious what he thinks of the club. Tigers gave him a start and he can come back to retire on a good wicket after he achieves big things at a top club. It would reinforce our feeder club status.
