To be fair, Sam Fainu was pushed into the centres for the last 15 minutes. It’s hard for a second rower to defend there against a fast team like Manly. They targeted him.

We got a good run tonight. We have at every home game really, particularly Leichhardt.

It was good to see a ref stand up and have the balls to do what he did tonight. For too long teams use these tactics against us and get away with it, tonight the ref pulled the trigger on what he saw. I know it went our way, but I don't think I'm being biased in saying good on him. This ref showed guts. He punished Manly for blatant infringements and the only way to even the comp up is for this to keep happening.

Can't tackle at all. Fonua needs to concentrate all his energy on improving his defence, because it is terrible. Once he does that he will be elite, but he has a lot of work to do.

Agreed , he needs a lot of work, technique wise Z that bullemore break was all on him .. would love to see him learn to tackle like Jurbo .. using the shoulder into the legs of the runner
