I would think that it will be one of Horsburgh / Hetherington and one of Frizell / Bird, plus Royce.

if the rumours regarding To'o are legitimate Richardson will leave a spot free and some cash in the cap to make it happen.

If To'o is coming in reality, I think Jack Bird is off the list. Only so many spots for outside backs.
