Admittedly I don't know much about Large, but been needing someone with his attributes forever (big + fast).

Who we were very close to signing, apparently. I think Large has been on the fence a long time and is a mercenary. He's gone to the club who are paying him the most.

If he was contracted for years, hold him to it. He can go to rugby, but can’t play NRL elsewhere until that contract is up.

Surprised we didn't make him the same promise.

But I mean, didn't they? They played him in Flegg as soon as he was eligible this year. They've had him train with firsts and spend game days with the team. Bloke is being offered more money to jump ship, just like he was when he came to us.

I don't know much about this Large kid except for him having big wraps. I do find it odd we would release him when under contract for presumably not much and with nothing in return. Surely you just persist with him to see what happens same as Latu. There really is no guarantee Galvin kicks on or even stays Latu could be the best of the lot we haven't really seen him in action to pass judgment also Large still too young.

They have developed the best junior system perhaps in the history of the game. A system so good that when they move players on, they have kids that they have groomed to step up and they don‘t even miss a beat. I wouldn’t be crying either.
