And to clarify this is just a discounted kayo?
Do I have to can my current Kayo to get this?

The way it was explained to me over the phone was that all 5 games are *flexible* in the 5 game flexi and you can mix and match however you like. We will get given a code to go to ticketek to secure tickets (and seats if category is above general admission). There will be a priority window for Tigers members to get tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

I assume the seating we get access to before they go on sale is dependent on the category of membership

And obviously there is no cost for these tickets, ticketek will just dispense them ?

I'm not sure now. I received 2 emails that auto renew was coming up and then one welcoming me back as a member. But I just logged on to the portal but there isn't any confirmation there and I can't see where payment has got through on my card. Mine is a non ticketed membership.
I've emailed them.

For sure. Hopefully it hasn't gone through as I can then get the digital membership which is everything in a non ticketed membership plus kayo. Would save me a few bucks

No, you'll be given a voucher code to redeem in your existing account.

1 just had LO membership
the 5 game pass would have been 3 LO and 2 other e.g. parra or css
I was told likely would not have a ticket I gold section available at LO and CSS
so we upgraded them to a full gold membership

it was better when it was a LO and parra combo or css and parra combo

I seriously got zero comms from the club in the form of a phone call or email since I signed up in March last year…

Best to call them, I asked a similar question in my email but it wasn't addressed.

e.g. 4 of us have full gold membership

So are you telling me that the seats for commbank stadium could be behind the goal posts despite having a gold/silver membership?

Are you in the concourse at LO?

Concourse seats at LO are now silver category, I'm guessing they are putting you in silver seats at CommBank.

Ask to keep your seats at LO but have gold everywhere else.

This is all on the assumption that you have concourse at LO

Really? I've had 3 emails from the club and they even rang me on monday to discuss renewing as i hadn't taken up auto-renewal.

if you.take the flexi membership you may not get guaranteed ticket in specific section e..g gold seating etc

I enquired you can't change categories if you are gold at commbank you need to be gold at LO etc
positive is if you renew at Gold from 2024 you get it at silver membership price
