Lyon's doing something I don't normally see him do. He's just tossing it up on that 4th stump luring drives and cut shots. Not a bad ploy with so many runs in the bag.

Usually Lyon is a stump to stump bowler, builds pressure without much varitation.

I mentioned that in the first innings. Giving the batsmen so many opportunities to rock back on the back foot and crunch it through the off side. He still picks up the odd wicket, but he lost his mojo a long time ago.

It sounds wrong to bag someone with over 500 test wickets but I don't get Lyon. He never looks dangerous to me. Bet he takes one or no wickets today.
