Would you as a professional in mental health, diagnose the board members who are continualy denigrated on this forum by your followers here as suffering from "man child syndrome", which you would know is not recognised as a diagnosis in DSM 5 Mental Diagnistic Manual. A significant part of my professional life is talking about the “adult”. The adult is someone who makes decisions based on the who, what, when, where and why of the situation. They factor in the way they feel, along with logic too. And they are, most importantly, expert negotiators and can compromise.

We haven’t had adults in charge, probably ever. The adults, in my opinion, have been chased out the door and those who are either here for the power trip (a parental position), or purely emotional reasons (the child - think man child syndrome and I’m pretty sure someone’s image will pop into your head). We need adults like Richo (albeit an alpha version) pulling the strings and working with adults (pros) at board level.

They’re not trying to steal it, they’re trying to force them to change their constitution. I’m not sure that’s possible….

I honestly don't care, I am a member of HBG, I am a Wests Tigers member as well and I will advocate for change when these people who paid $100 for their little piece of power are having a negative impact on my club.
