I’m working on an assumption the current debenture owners are all getting on and presumably they will have to be handed down to younger people at some point.

I'll echo @KevB post and say...with respect Joel...what has "I can only control myself" got to do with anything he said in his post.
I do agree though you haven't been disrespectful to any other fans, and that's the key isn't it...
RESPECT other people's thoughts and feelings even though they may be vastly different to yours.
And we are all entitled to express our personal thoughts and feelings.

The blokes did the right thing by the club by agreeing to boot Fiasco and Lee & the implement rest of the recommendations, yes, should have happened ages ago, but they obviously got to a point where the light was seen.

A few clingers on obviously didn’t and here we are.

Yes but they will just select the one that meet the status quo and allow those selecting them to maintain their power base.

Yes, but the guy I was discussing said it’s about the changing demographic, the debentures don’t really protect against that in my opinion. Unless they find a way to keep the dinosaurs alive.

Throwing Pascoe and Haig under the bus was an obvious move. Have you never worked in management?
Those guys were/are just as self serving.

The HBG Board hasn’t met since October. Boards in RL do SFA, especially ours.

Richo is running the club.

That’s not how Richo has explained it on a podcast I listened to . He said he has free rein unless the big cheque book needs to come out. E.g Luai. Maybe footy doesn’t run exactly like your outfit in NQ. My life experience is insignificant.

Bullshit he does. He makes football department decisions but when it comes to anything money or strategy related, he seeks approval from the board.
He ain’t top dog.

Well I’m just going off what he said, he said he has autonomy unless it’s a very significant contract, then he needs sign-off.

Why appoint the expert and then put shackles on him, that would be madness.
