You can’t force them to sell just because you don’t like how they run it.
Of course I can’t. But if fans stop showing up they don’t actually own anything. These 17 debenture owners seem to think they have rights to something that’s not actually theirs.

That makes no sense at all.

They literally stood down and voted for better operators to replace them in running the failing club. Power trip??
Mate those people were on the board for yonks.
They were just as much to blame as anyone for the awful decisions being made.
They stood down when an independent audit dragged their names…not exactly noble.

Saw there are laws and rules that I can't advocate for change?

Within the laws of the country and the club. But remember others may have different views or nuanced ones.

But entities don't have comply with all or any of what you advocate.

Remember, the first petition was accepted by the club.........they weren't under any obligation.

Also , Wayde is only making noise about the debenture holders now that they banned him. He didn't have a problem previously, like over the last 40 years.

Others can have any opinion they want, I have every right to push for the change I want to see. The first petition was accepted but still to be fully implemented, that is the issue here and you know that.

Debenture system keeps stable in a changing environment.

Otherwise, with the changing demographic situation they may completely change their charter and stop supporting RL.
That changing environment could also be changes that reduce their power and control of the club, hmm sounds like a bit of a conflict to me.

That argument is silly.
Will fans boycott games En Masse? Enough to hurt them?
Whether we like it or not, the question has to be asked are they actually doing anything wrong? Can it be proven?
Our best bet is to work with them, not make them enemies who dig in deeper.

People said the first review wouldn’t get up too. A footy club needs it’s fans onside.

Won’t the debentures eventually be owned by the new demographic?
How, they just wont allow them to have a debenture, remember the current board decides who can have a debenture and who can't. I wonder if the debenture group matched the wider demographic of the club, what standards are they trying to uphold, what demographic from their membership base are they trying to keep out.
