Under the guise of teaching “classes,” Rogers met with his co-conspirators in hotel rooms in China where he conveyed sensitive, trade-secret information that belonged to the FRB and the FOMC. In 2023, Rogers was paid approximately $450,000 as a part-time professor at a Chinese university.

Ask them how America makes Oz great again... You'd be hard pressed. These guys are cultists. A parody of themselves lol
Exactly, not sure why people get so invested in it, unless someone’s eligible to vote in the US their opinion means nothing, they have no say in it. I’m more interested in the impact it has here and what we’re doing about it.

I’m interested in what the president of the United States is doing as far as it impacts us. I’m not interested in role playing a US left v right circle jerk. What happens on the US southern boarder is up to the US, it’s not my place to moralise. What they’re doing with tariffs, that’s a different story.

If you don't think what happens with governments in other Western countries matters, particularly the US, don't use the phrase "When the US sneezes, Australia catches a cold".

The interest in it is not a pro-American interest. It is that there is an example now available of someone who does things differently and it's great to see common sense and action. Hopefully Australia catches that cold or at least a variant of it.

The appetite for stuffy, no talent, never had a real job politicians is over. Amazing how so many Australians blindly follow the policies of politicians that have never had a real job in their life.

Politicians on both sides are so out of touch with the people. We need more people from within business and other professions to be in the political system. People with half a clue about what goes on in the real world.

Are you that incredibly r worded that you dont realise the world is run by the US and its foreign policies and diplomacies set the tone for the entire planet?

Culturally, economically, militarily.

US foreign policy impacts everyone, full stop, period.

American high politics is arguably more consequential to Australia than most Australian elections.

The attitude of low info Aussies when it comes to politics is extremely simple and stupid, some need to stop being so apathetic.

America is Australia’s major defence ally.

What happens politically in America very much effects us in Australia.

Drill baby drill, In Trumps first term i was filling up the car at 99cents a litre. 2 months after Biden got in and shut off the pipe lines it shot up to $2.20 a litre and has sat between $1.70-2.40 for the last 4 years.

Do you think for a microsecond Australia matters on a world stage? You are nearly 40 apparently. How did you even have the ability to register for this website?

Wriggle off his knacker for one second. We have pine gap & we're 60 billion in debt. We won't see those subs - you know that. It's a multipolar world unfortunately for you, not everyone wants to trade in the American dollar. I don't like Biden, I never did. Let's discuss the issues & how it effects us here. Gina & Clive in mar-a-Lago going to help us? Discuss here. No name calling...

Firstly get off the unhinged rants and ask a succinct question about issues that pertains to the thread. Or just re-read what i wrote in post #199 3-4 times and hopefully itll sink in for ya.

Pulling out of the Paris climate agreement is the biggest problem. Being 59yo, that decision and its effects on other countries policy probably won't affect me too much or for too long, but it will almost certainly seriously affect the life of my 14yo son.
