Too many MIAs, our FB, RW, RC, and LC were nearly invisible except being useless. Our right side play plays like they suffer from the worst case of Nofoaluma syndrome. Mason runs in endless short circles and looks busy but overall ineffective; he has again proven, "Look, I drop bombs like Moltzen!".
Our chronic failure is that we cannot defend against our attacking kicks. Too many of them end up in a series of missed tackles and jersey-grabbing that end up with a long break for the opposition.

Returning home after another long trip out to Cambo to witness a very poor performance. Iam sure the coach will be praising the boys for being in the contest, but in reality they were bog average.

They have zero flair, speed and skill. If they had been up against a quality side it would have been a blow out.

Of course early days and combinations take time, but the defence was so poor and we are so slow

Why does Galvin find it so hard to find a grubber to penetrate the line and not just rebound off shins. Short and long kicking game needs plenty of work.

He put a short kick over the dead ball line once a game on average I reckon last year. Tonight he couldn’t get them through the line.

Personally i think Galvin needs to be dropped solely on the fact that he needs to be shown its a team game. That run on the 5th tackle in the first half was disgusting when he had a line set on the left. The kid is good but i bet they had to widen the doors at the COE to fit his head through.
