Yeah I’ve never been a promoter of our poor development but starting to wonder if this is our biggest issue. Hopefully with Richo’s experience of what success looks like this will be changed as required. I understand that there’s always heaps of kids with hype but surely they all don’t have to leave to take the next step

The percentage that become regular 1st graders is low, thank god we have a massive junior base to offset that, sooner or later this will pay dividends.
