One report has DCE telling players after the Canberra win, Mestrov then comes out talking about how this was discussed in pre-season & it was a galvanising of the squad.

Apparently they've 'known DCE was leaving' but then, yesterday, they put together an offer.

It sounds like someone (Mestrov) is going into damage control.

Shame Des isn't around, he and Dally could front the media again to try and sort out the mess that management have once again created.

It's not all "sunshine and rainbows," well no rainbows this time, or much sunshine either for that matter.
 
I wouldn’t be worried about Galvin going anywhere when DCE leaves. The 18 year old half signed from junior wallabies Walsh will be given first chance & with the spare money I’m sure it will be used on a big play for the best young off contract props Pahulu, Moale etc.

If Walsh doesn’t show the potential to be a long term 1st grader that’s when Galvin will be targeted. Turbo & Jake contracts both expire next year so will have over $2 mill free’d up & will offer stupid money at him or Jahrome Hughes for 2027

Probably best saying nothing....I was surprised.to hear Olam mentioned wasn't expecting that in the injury update.

Does anyone know is that a weekly video with moussa and what days it come out?

They have offered him a 2 year deal at 1.5mil - made it public on NRL 360.

I would have thought that it would have been best not to mention him at all.

Funnily enough, I don't think there was any mention of Skelton in that report but it does sound like Luke Laulilii may be getting a run in reserve grade this week.

So that stuff about him having a 10 week lay off due to concussion was all bull dust or mud on our feet? Great player. A Junior Tupou protein. I mean protege. I wish I could comment further - just im an influencer. Copy right and stuff. But great news if true in 20 minutes. Not for him playing. But more importantly his concussion. Great news.
 
Pretty sure it was mentioned that he would play reserve grade this week.

Pretty sure something was mention about 12 weeks so wasn't expecting to hear much about him for a few more weeks at least.
 
Any real goss on Taylan May , seems it is taking a while to secure a tigers deal or did we all read the wrong thing and it was not happening at all , anyone got any real news
