Tough one tonight..kinda feel like I give everyone 1 point. I don't know about these ratings but I'll try as a conversation starter.

3. May - again dominated the stats. Had anyone else stood up and owned the game for us I doubt he's even top 3 for me but the lack of a big performance sent me to the stats sheet. Broncos went hard at home.and he never stopped. Also helped us limit Hass, who looked slightly better but not superhuman for a change.
2 - Doueihi looked good at centre and tried hard at 7. I've been super critical but the way he chased the Reynolds drop out was massive.
1 - Bird went hard all game. I think he played 3 positions during the game but co7ld be wrong

Would have given Twal 3 but simply can't after the drop. Galvin rocks and diamonds. Latu was looking good. Turuva close to points but seemed to not do a lot early in sets.

Birds versatility is proving very useful..and if there's a better finisher than Tureva in the Nrl I haven't seen him
Cld be a SOO smokey

I'd include May too...but we lose as much talent as we gain,so its hard to progress
It feels like a net positive this year but 2 more losses in the next 2 games and I will be retracting that statement. Mental game now, being able to show up 3 weeks in a row after a couple of sapping defeats, if we nail Newcastle I think we'll handle parra.

Hard one this week, no one really went well. Galvin kicked well but his running, passing and defence were all weak.
Bula did some good stuff which was evened out with trashy stuff. Toa was pretty good. Twal on occasion as well as Turuva…

In the end I went Doueihi, May and Bird. Adam is having a real go this year and his defence has improved.

3 - Doueihi
2 - May
1 - Bird

3 Douehi
2 Toa
1 Bula
HM to the forwards - they almost held the Broncos for 39.5 minutes in the 1st half but then sadly the halftime Dencorub hadn't kicked in for the start of the 2nd half.

A terrible loss for poor Latu who looked OK up until the head knock. For a kid with so many now, that is a real worry. Not Victor Radley territory yet, but his longevity is now a concern.

Interesting a lot of people have Galvin very high. What do people who rate his game think of his organisation and pass selection? His attacking kicks were very good, but I think he had a lot of bad moments and we looked choppy and messy without luai, and I don't feel that was latu's fault. Seems doueihi managed to settle him down a bit when he went into the halves and Galvin started to play a simpler game. I'd like to see that more going forward. It's when he is direct and speedy that he creates for us, when he switches direction it tends to often end quite messy.

Mine are:

3. May (just about every week, he's so impressive)
2. Turuva (strong running and mostly smart play)
1. Doueihi (big improvement defensively this year, much clearer in his attack)

Edit: I forgot to include bird. Has to be there so I'll kick doueihi out of top 3.

May strong
Bird gave his all
Latu was good in patches
Galvin , Bog average for a $ 1 million dollar player , he did not do much to win this game
API again was good
We lack a hard running back rower , centre , and a big body prop who goes 50 minutes
Full strength tea, we are still a few short

3 Doueihi
2 Bird (sheer effort)
1 Sukkar (for a second NRL game he did well)

May didn’t look as happy tonight. Media got in his head this week. Settled as the game went on.

In terms of effort, wow! Sad to lose but gosh they really put in till the end. Broncs were better. Some errors caused the scoreline but being honest with myself they are us if everything goes well for the next 2 years.

3 - Douiehi
2 - Sukkar
1 - May

I’d like to see AD do some more play making as an option especially near the line.
Really impressed with Sukkar. Great defensive effort and made some telling one on one tackles and ran the ball strongly - hope he continues his development.
Terrell - just rinse and repeat! Best buy of the season

We missed Romey's energy and enthusiasm tonight.
